This will be a special ICEx & Lienel event.

[Special event details]

ICEx & Lienelhigh-five session

*A special event will be held after the show for those who reserve (pay in full in advance) the products listed below at the venue on the day of the show.

*You will receive one bonus ticket for every ¥3,300 (tax included). Each ticket will allow you to participate in the bonus event once.

*The number of bonus tickets is limited. Please note that distribution will end once all tickets have been distributed.

＜Payment method for products＞

*Cash and credit cards (only one-time payment) can be used at the special cash register on the day. Electronic money, QR code payments, point cards, gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be used.

*We are unable to accept reservations or hold items in advance by phone or other means.

*Please note that if your "serial numbered admission ticket" or "bonus ticket" is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will not be reissued.

*Under any circumstances, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for products due to customer's own circumstances. Please note. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product after checking.

<About receiving products at the store>

*When receiving your product, please open the URL for your order information in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

*If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information in the "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive your order" email.

*The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date.

*Please note that we cannot return the item to you after the reservation period has expired. In that case, we will not refund the purchase price.

<About product delivery>

*If you choose to have your order delivered, it will be shipped in order from the estimated shipping date listed in the order information in the "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive your order" email.

If you choose delivery, a delivery fee of 900 yen (tax included) will be charged.

[Purchase Restrictions]

*The number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction will be announced on the day.

*If you wish to purchase additional tickets, please go to the back of the line.

[Notes regarding the high-five event]

*Any actions other than high-fiving are prohibited.

*Please do not stop, follow the instructions of staff and proceed promptly.

*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.

*Please cooperate with the alcohol disinfectant installed at the entrance.

*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "bonus ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

*Please note that the benefits offered on the day may differ depending on the circumstances at the time of the event.

[General notes regarding the special event]

*Please note that we will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.

*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the special event are strictly prohibited.

*Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the venue, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move away.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Carrying cases and large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Please note that customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the pathways of movement within the venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

*Please refrain from bringing in any photographic or recording equipment. Photography, recording, and filming are strictly prohibited.

*Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.

*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting bonus tickets is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect any bonus tickets you have.

If you fail to follow the above precautions, the event may be canceled.

We ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and etiquette so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.
