<Team shot photo session>
*Wearing masks during the special event will be left to the individual's discretion.
*Please understand that we may have to cancel the participation of any special event due to the health of the members on the day. In addition, the special event is an event to show gratitude to those who purchased products, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members, etc.
*If the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
As soon as we are ready, we will start the team photo session. Please note that the schedule for the benefits event may change. Please check the progress as guided by the staff on site. Also, be sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missed participation.
*If time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line clears. Also, once we set the end of the line, we will stop accepting new entries, so please join us as soon as possible.
*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.
*On the day of the event, we will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who has cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.
*You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. In addition, making them hold or wear objects is also prohibited. The designated poses will be announced at the venue on the day.
*For the "Team Shot Photo Session," members will be divided into two teams of four, A and B, and a five-shot photo session will be held. Please check the member composition of each team and choose your preferred team, A or B, when you receive your participation ticket.
*Staff will take your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device. You will not be allowed to take photos with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, etc.). Please make sure you can launch the camera app immediately before lining up for the special event.
* Film cameras, digital cameras, and other specialized photography equipment cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will take great care in handling your equipment, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
*The camera mode must be the normal one when taking photos. The use of apps, etc. is prohibited.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Team Shot Photo Session Participation Ticket" will be required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be one preschool child per parent. When taking photos, the parent or guardian should hold the child in their arms or have them sit on their lap.
*Please note that you are not allowed to bring any hand luggage during the photo shoot. Any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily kept in custody before the shoot. You will also not be allowed to bring fans, boards, etc.
*If you are using an iPhone device (or if you are using a device other than an iPhone that has iOS installed), please hand the camera over to the staff member who will receive the camera with the home screen displayed, not with the camera turned on. The staff member will check and operate the screen recording and audio recording functions to make sure they are not operating. Please note that the screen recording function will not start unless the device is operated for the purpose of recording the screen, so if the screen recording function is operating when the staff member checks the device after collecting the bonus ticket, it will be deemed to be an illegal act of intentionally attempting to record a video of the bonus event and disrupting the smooth operation and progress of the event, and the recording function will be stopped and the device will be returned to you without recording the bonus event. In that case, the bonus ticket will be collected as it is and will not be returned, so please be careful. All data taken during or after shooting with video recording, audio recording, and screen capture functions other than still images (e.g. iOS Live Photos function, screen recording function, etc.) turned on will be deleted, and only the device will be returned to you as it is.
*Please make sure to turn off the "preview shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Preview shooting" from the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Be sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode. In order to check the settings, the order in which we guide you to shoot may change in some cases.
*If the on-site staff suspects that you are recording using a function other than screen recording, you may be asked to close all running apps. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to the closing of apps.
*As a general rule, you cannot take a photo again. However, staff may ask you to take a photo again at their discretion. In that case, we will take the photo again and then completely delete the first photo data. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from the "Recently Deleted Files" folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you come back, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems immediately after taking the photo.
*We do not recommend using the flash/strobe function on smartphones, tablets, etc. If the image becomes washed out or dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot retake the image, so we recommend that you turn off the flash function and set it to a mode that allows you to shoot in natural light.
*Depending on the angle, people other than the customers and members, or equipment, etc. may appear in the background. Please note that the shooting location cannot be moved.
*Please note that customers who have finished taking photos or customers who are not the subject of the photo shoot are not allowed to meet or stand near the photo location.
<Notes regarding the benefits event in general>
*Please note that we will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the special event are strictly prohibited.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*Carrying cases and large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Please note that customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the pathways of movement within the venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
*Please refrain from bringing in any photographic or recording equipment. Photography, recording, and filming are strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.
*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting bonus tickets is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect any bonus tickets you have.
