▼ Regarding the distribution of participation tickets for the special event for CD reservation holders.
At this release event, all pre-sales and day-of sales will be available for reservation online (VICTOR ONLINE STORE), and on the day of the event, we will provide a 'special event participation ticket' based on the number of products you reserved.
In order to reduce congestion at the venue, we will be using a "numbered ticket distribution system" that requires advance application via the LINE app to distribute the "Special Event Participation Tickets" on the day.
Customers who wish to receive a participation ticket for the special event upon reserving a CD, please apply for the ticket according to the instructions below. (Please read the announcement to the end.)
CD pre-orders for the event will also be accepted at the VICTOR ONLINE STORE on the day of the event, but those who reserve on the day will not receive a numbered ticket. Only those who applied for pre-sales will receive a numbered ticket.

[8/3 (Sat) - Advance Reception for Privilege Meeting Participation Ticket Distribution]
Reception period: From July 26 (Friday) 20:00 to July 30 (Tuesday) 23:59.
Announcement of sorting number: August 1 (Thursday) at 18:00

On the day of the event, customers who do not have a "special participation ticket" or wish to make additional reservations can make purchases starting at 8:00 AM at the VICTOR ONLINE STORE. However, please note that there is a limited number of participation tickets available, so we recommend applying for a reservation in advance.
Please be aware that depending on the status of the participation tickets for the special event, customers who do not have the "special event participation ticket distribution voucher" may not receive information about additional reservation purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. Please note that customers who do not have the LINE app cannot apply.
*The scheduled assembly time will also be announced when your serial number is announced.

【How to Apply for the 'Participation Ticket Distribution Ticket'】

Add the friend from the link to get the "[Official] ICEx Ticket".
2. Tap on 'Apply for the distribution ticket for the release event special benefits participation' in the message.
3. Turn on all required items and tap "Allow"
4. Tap "Open" for your desired date
5. Tap "Apply"
Enter the 'Order Number' starting with 000W- found in the order completion email or on your My Page, and tap 'Send'.

*Adding friends alone does not complete your application. Please be sure to complete the application process.
*The order number will serve as the serial code.
The order number will start with '000W-' and consist of 20 characters (including alphanumeric characters and hyphens).

["Operation Method for 'Special Event Participation Ticket Distribution' on the Day"]
The organization number will be displayed on the announcement day. (Please note that there will be no LINE notification, so check by tapping on the banners in the message.)
2. Please be sure to check your own registration number and call status, and come to the designated area of the venue by the scheduled time indicated on your ticket.
3. You will receive a message on LINE when you are in a state where entry is possible. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance of the CD sales area. The staff will tap on your screen to scan the QR code.
The call number currently being called will be displayed in real-time on your ticket. Please note that even if you arrive at the venue's special area before the scheduled gathering time, you will not be able to receive guidance or wait at the venue.

[Notes for those who have numbered tickets for applications, operations, and special event participation tickets] *Please be sure to read.
The 'special event participation ticket distribution ticket' is free.
Even if you have multiple order numbers, each person may only use one device and submit one application. It is prohibited for one person to use multiple devices to apply multiple times. Staff may approach customers who have multiple devices.
・If you have a numbered ticket, you can only line up once. This is a rule to allow as many customers as possible to participate, so please be sure to follow it.
・Applications and ticket issuing can only be done via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.
On the day of the event, customers with the participation ticket distribution voucher will be guided to the special booth in order of their ticket number. Customers without a participation ticket distribution voucher can make a reservation once the sales start on the day of the event, but if the maximum number of participation tickets has already been issued, they will not be able to make a reservation.
If you arrive late with a participation ticket for the special event, you will be directed to the end of the line, even if the distribution has already started for those with later numbers. Please note that depending on your arrival time, you may not receive your desired participation ticket or priority viewing area entry ticket.
Family members and friends, as well as companions, need to apply for a participation ticket for the special event. For elementary school children who do not have a smartphone, they can be accompanied by a parent who has a ticket.
For each distribution ticket, one participation ticket for the special event will be given per person, according to the number of reserved products.
・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)
・Screenshots of the QR code screen cannot be used. If fraud is confirmed, you will be banned from future events.
Participation will also be refused.
The distribution tickets for the special event do not have a sharing feature, so they cannot be transferred to others.
Even if you cannot attend, you cannot cancel or transfer the participation ticket for the special event.
・We may ask you to verify your identity. Please make sure to bring your ID.
・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be sure not to remove your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event.
On the day of the event, please be aware that the call time may change depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・It will be possible to check whether or not issued tickets have been used. If it is confirmed that a user is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing tickets when they are not actually attending the event, we will not be able to issue tickets to that user or allow them to participate in future events.

▼About the priority viewing area admission tickets
For watching the mini live performance, there will be a "priority viewing area" where you can get a closer look at the event.
To enter the venue you will need a "priority viewing area admission ticket", which will be issued via the LINE app to prevent fraudulent activities such as resale.
*The "Priority Viewing Area Entry Tickets" are limited in number. Please be aware that not everyone holding a "Special Event Participation Ticket Distribution Ticket" will receive one, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

[How to issue a "priority viewing area admission ticket"]
After scanning the QR code for the special event participation ticket distribution voucher, please show the same screen to the staff. After handing over the special event participation ticket, the staff will tap your screen to issue the ticket.
*Please do not operate the machine yourself. If you operate the machine yourself and issue a "priority viewing area admission ticket," it may be invalidated.
2. After receiving the participation ticket for the special event, the order number and meeting time will be provided immediately, so please be sure to check your order number and meeting time, and arrive on time.
3. You will receive a message on LINE when you are allowed to enter. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance of the CD sales area. The staff will tap on your screen to scan the QR code.
* "Numbered tickets for the priority viewing area" will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who have reserved the applicable product, one per person per transaction. Please note that the number is limited.
*Numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be issued randomly, not in order of reservation.
*The serial number being called will be displayed on your ticket in real time. Please note that even if you arrive at the venue before the scheduled meeting time, you will not be guided in or be asked to wait at the venue.

[Notes regarding priority viewing area admission tickets]
・The "priority viewing area admission ticket" is free.
- "Priority viewing area admission tickets" can only be obtained once per person and account.
・Numbered tickets can only be issued via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.
・One person will be guided into the priority viewing area in the order of their ticket number. For children under elementary school age who do not have a smartphone, their guardian will guide them in together if they have a ticket.
・Priority viewing area admission tickets do not have a distribution function, so they cannot be transferred to other people. Priority viewing area admission tickets cannot be canceled or transferred even if you are unable to attend the event.
・We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID.
・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be sure not to remove your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event.
・One person may use one device and apply for one ticket. It is prohibited for one person to use multiple devices and apply multiple times. Customers who have multiple devices may be approached by staff.
・It will be possible to check whether or not a numbered ticket has been used. If it is confirmed that a user is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing a ticket when they are not actually entering the event, they will be denied the issuance of a numbered ticket for that user and will not be able to participate in future events.
