◆ Regarding bundling with registration benefits and renewal benefits
- Those who newly joined or renewed their membership in April 2026
→We will ship your membership benefits, renewal benefits, and "PHOTOBOOK #004" together.
For everyone else, only "PHOTOBOOK #004" will be shipped.

◆Confirmation and modification of registration details
Please verify your registered information, such as your name and address, by 23:59 on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

[About shipping]
- The item will be shipped to the address registered in "Bitfan ID User Information" on MY PAGE as of 23:59 on May 10, 2026 (Sunday).
• Delivery will be via postal delivery to your mailbox.
・Delivery may not be possible if the building name or room number is not provided, or if there is a discrepancy with the name on the door. Please be sure to check your registered address on MY PAGE.
・Even if your package is lost due to a delivery accident or other reasons, we will not be able to resend it if we cannot confirm the returned item at our warehouse. Since we ship via regular mail, we appreciate your understanding.

[For members residing overseas]
This bonus item can only be shipped to addresses within Japan.
We do not ship directly to overseas addresses.
If you live overseas, please register an address in Japan where you can receive mail, or use a mail forwarding service.
*Please note that our fan club cannot be held responsible for delivery status or any problems that may occur if you use a forwarding service. Also, as it will be sent by regular mail, we cannot provide a tracking number.

[Regarding defective bonus items]
・Exchanges of bonuses will only be accepted if there is a significant defect or if the packaging is obviously incorrect.
- Minor scratches or scuffs that occur during the manufacturing process, or light stains on the back, are not considered defects.
- We take great care in shipping and packaging, but if you receive a different bonus, or have any other problems, such as a missing item, please contact us using the inquiry form.
・If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within one week of arrival.
If you do not make your request within the deadline, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If you have not received your order by the end of June 2026, please contact us by the end of July 2026.
