Information regarding the special event at the release event held on May 10th (Sunday) at Seven Park Amami in Osaka.

We are pleased to announce the details of the release event, the third project commemorating the release of "WARAiNA".
Please be sure to read the entire document to the end, and please strictly follow the rules and etiquette so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.
If you do not check the precautions in advance, we will not be able to respond to any problems that arise on the day.

[Regarding the holding of outdoor events]
・As the event will be held outdoors, please take precautions against heatstroke such as bringing a hat, towel, and handy cooling fan, drinking plenty of water, consuming an appropriate amount of salt, and taking breaks, as well as taking measures to protect yourself from the cold in case the temperature drops in the evening.
・If you are feeling unwell or become unwell, please inform a member of staff. Also, if you notice any other customers around you showing signs of a sudden change in their health or becoming unwell, please inform a member of staff.
・Please be careful not to overexert yourself when participating.
- The organizers, performers, and facility staff will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation in the event of an emergency.
The venue is an open outdoor space. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine, but may be canceled, interrupted, or modified in case of severe weather.
• The use of umbrellas will be restricted during the event. If the event is held in case of rain, please bring your own rain gear such as a raincoat.

[Request to use public transportation]
Heavy traffic is expected on surrounding roads and in parking lots on the day of the event.
To help alleviate congestion, we kindly request that you use public transportation instead of driving to the venue.

① Pre-registration lottery system: "CD purchase numbered ticket"
In order to ease congestion when purchasing CDs, we will be introducing a "CD purchase ticket" system that uses a lottery system for advance application via the LINE app. Customers who wish to purchase CDs must apply in advance. Customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" may not be able to purchase a CD.
In addition, "priority viewing area admission tickets (with serial numbers)" will also be issued via the LINE app.

② Priority viewing area admission ticket (first-come, first-served/numbered ticket)
One ticket per person per transaction will be issued via the LINE app.
*Serial numbers will be assigned randomly, not in order of purchase.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited. They cannot be given to everyone who has a "CD purchase ticket."

Special Event
Customers who purchase the single "WARAiNA" will receive tickets to participate in various special events.

Special event participation ticket
■ Ticket to participate in the air high-five event for all members
→ Purchase two "WARAiNA" CDs (any combination) and receive one participation ticket for the special event.

■ Individual member handover event participation ticket
→One participation ticket for the special event will be given with the purchase of a set of four "WARAiNA" CDs: Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B, Regular Edition, and Solo Edition (one of five types).
 

*There are two types of special event participation tickets, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.
*Please specify the member to receive your individual member hand-over event participation ticket.
*It is possible that you will be given a participation ticket for a member other than the solo album you purchased.

■Purchase CDs on the day of the event
CD purchase start time: 9:00 (scheduled) We will guide you in the order of CD purchase serial numbers.
Assembly location: Near the CD sales booth at the outdoor special stage in the ground-level parking lot of Seven Park Amami.

*On the day of the event, staff will guide you into the sales line in order.
*The maximum number of tickets you can purchase in a single transaction will be announced on the day of the event. Please understand that this is a limit set to allow as many customers as possible to participate.
*The number of "Special Event Participation Tickets" is limited. Distribution will end as soon as the planned number is distributed.
*If the distribution of "Special Event Participation Tickets" has ended after the mini live, there will be no additional CD sales. For details, please check the announcement at the venue on the day.
*When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children can line up together.)
*Products purchased at the event are not eligible for store-specific buyer benefits. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that special tickets for event-targeted products cannot be reserved or held in advance.
*Products eligible for the event are excluded from store campaigns and point campaigns. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (lump sum payment). Other electronic money, coupons, and point cards cannot be used.

[About the mini live]
・During the mini live, you will be allowed to take pictures with your mobile phone or smartphone only for one song designated on the day. We will inform you on the day which songs are allowed to be taken videos. Please note that taking pictures at any other events is prohibited.
・The mini live is free and open to the public, but only in the designated free space at the venue. Viewing outside of the designated area is not permitted.
・Since the venue has limited space, admission may be restricted depending on the situation.

[About the priority viewing area]
・To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need a "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)."
・Please be punctual at the meeting place indicated on the ticket.
・One person per ticket will be guided in the order of the ticket number printed on it.
・Only one numbered ticket will be issued per person, regardless of the number of CDs purchased.
・Ticket numbers will be issued randomly, not in order of purchase.
・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be refused entry.
・The number of numbered tickets is limited.
・Numbered tickets will not be reissued due to a malfunction of your device.
・If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the number behind you.

[Notes regarding viewing the mini live show]
- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms, or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.
・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from bringing anything that obstructs the view of other customers into the venue. Also, please keep towels, fans, etc., below shoulder height when using them, as holding them above shoulder height will inconvenience customers behind and around you. Staff may issue a warning if it is determined that you are engaging in any behavior that is inconveniencing other customers.

[Notes regarding the air high-five event]
・Any actions other than air high-five are prohibited.
・During the air high-five event, you will be asked to walk in a single line without stopping. Please follow the instructions of staff and proceed promptly without stopping.
・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.
・Please bring your belongings with you, but you are not allowed to carry anything in your hands, such as a fan or board. Any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily kept in your custody before you participate.
・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

[Notes regarding individual member handover events]
・For each hand-over event participation ticket, you will receive a release event exclusive other jacket (each solo design) from one member of your choice.
・Only one member of your choice and one customer will be allowed to participate.
・Contact behavior such as shaking hands or high-fiving is prohibited.
・We cannot hand over letters, gifts, etc.
・You will not be able to bring any luggage with you.
・If you have multiple bonus tickets, we ask that you participate in the event together.

[General notes regarding the event]
・Photography, recording, and filming are strictly prohibited except during the performance of songs that are allowed for photography during the mini live. If you are found to be taking photographs, recordings, or filming, you will be asked to delete all filmed, recorded, or filmed data, and you will be banned from entering the event venue in the future as well as that event. Also, please be careful not to point your cell phone, smartphone, or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the event staff, or other customers. If anything suspicious is observed, a staff member will approach you and ask about the situation.
・To enter the priority viewing area and participate in the special event, each customer aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)" and one "special event participation ticket."
・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Customers with large luggage will be refused entry.
Please refrain from occupying seats for extended periods or obstructing passage within the commercial facilities at the event venue, such as food courts and shops. We ask that you participate while observing proper etiquette. Please note that if luggage is left unattended for an extended period, it may be removed.
