Please be sure to read the following before attending.

This performance is exclusive to ICEx COOLer BOX and ICEx +KIRARI members.

Upon entry, we will check the "Digital Membership Card" of all attendees, including accompanying persons, and conduct random identity checks.

Please be sure to present your "Digital Membership Card" and bring a photo ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).

[Check your digital membership card]

Upon entry, we will check the digital membership cards of all persons, including accompanying persons, for the ICEx official fan club "ICEx COOLer BOX" or "ICEx +KIRARI".

*Even if you have purchased a ticket, you will be denied entry if your membership has expired.

[Random identity verification]

We will randomly check your identity upon entry.

Please be sure to bring a form of identification (originals only, copies not accepted) when you come to the venue.

*If you do not bring a government-issued form of identification on the day of the performance, you will be denied entry.

 

■ "Photo ID"

Driver's license/student ID with photo/passport/resident registration card with photo/my number card with photo/credit card with photo/residence card (alien registration card)

* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

 

If you don't have a photo ID

Please bring a total of two documents listed below (two official documents, or one official document and one document with your name printed on it).

Health insurance card/Resident card/Family register (excerpt)/Seal registration certificate/Pension book

 

＜Items with your name printed on them＞

Employee ID/student ID without a photo/credit card/cash card/patient registration card

*Utility bills (electricity/water, etc.), various mail items, transportation IC cards, etc. will not be accepted even if your name is printed on them.

*Please note that if you do not have a photo ID, it may take some time to be authenticated.

 

*Expired tickets will be invalid.

*Copying is prohibited in all cases.

 

 

[Regarding admission]

・If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

・We may ask you to verify your identity at the entrance and in the auditorium.

Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).

・E-tickets must be distributed one per person before entering the venue.

Please make sure to print and distribute your e-tickets in advance.

If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.

- There are a limited number of toilets within the venue and they may be crowded.

If possible, please use the toilet before coming to the venue.

・We are unable to store any of your luggage.

In addition, carrying cases will not be permitted inside the venue.

Please use coin lockers nearby or at the station.

・If you begin to feel unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and inform a member of staff nearby.

 

[Requests and other precautions when viewing the exhibition]

・Only official merchandise may be used inside the venue. The use of non-official penlights, hand-made fans, and cheering boards is prohibited.

Please note that if we find any such behavior, our staff will warn you.

-Photography of the stage is prohibited while the doors are open, during the performance, and after the show has ended.

・Please make sure to watch from your seat. You may stand during the performance.

・Drinking alcohol inside the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

Also, if you see any customers drinking alcohol, please inform a member of staff nearby.

・We will not accept any gifts such as flowers or letters of congratulations from customers.

・Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

 

The above precautions may be subject to change depending on the situation at the time of the event.
