Thank you very much for your continued support of ICEx.

As the day of the event approaches, we are taking measures to ensure that everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.

We kindly ask you to read the following carefully, and to understand and cooperate before attending.

[Regarding admission]

・If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

There may be a personal identification check at the entrance and inside the seating area.

Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).

・E-tickets must be distributed one per person before entering the venue.

Please make sure to print and distribute your e-tickets in advance.

If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.

The restrooms in the venue are limited in number and may become crowded.

Please make sure to use the restroom before your arrival and enter the venue.

・We are unable to store any of your luggage.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not bring carry cases into the venue.

Please use coin lockers nearby or at the station.

[Viewing requests and other precautions]

Only official merchandise may be used inside the venue. The use of non-official penlights, homemade fans, or support boards is prohibited.

Please note that if we find any such behavior, our staff will warn you.

-Photography of the stage is prohibited while the doors are open, during the performance, and after the show has ended.

Please be sure to watch from your own seat. You may stand while watching during the performance.

If you feel unwell during the event, please do not hesitate to inform the staff immediately.

Drinking alcohol in the seating area is prohibited as it may disturb other customers.

If you see any customers drinking alcohol, please inform staff.

We kindly decline to accept any congratulatory flowers, letters, or other gifts from customers.

・Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

The above precautions may be subject to change depending on the situation at the time of the event.

We ask for your cooperation to ensure that all our guests can enjoy the event safely.
