*The operating hours of the fan club booth are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the congestion around the venue and signal conditions on the day of the event, there is a possibility that you may not be able to participate, or even if you arrive before the booth closes, you may not be able to redeem your benefits. We kindly ask for your cooperation by participating and redeeming as early as possible.

[FC booth reception hours] 14:30-17:00
*Prize redemption is limited to those who hold tickets for the corresponding performances.*
*The reception is expected to be open during the event and for about 30 minutes after the performance ends.
*Depending on the number of people waiting in line before or after the show, you may not be able to exchange your prize within the time limit. We may also cut the line depending on the situation. Members who wish to use the fan club booth should arrive with plenty of time.
*Please note that the fan club booth reception hours may change without prior notice depending on the situation.

*Please note that the participation prizes will be distributed until they run out.
*Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited. If it is discovered that there are multiple accounts, it will be considered fraudulent behavior, and participation will be denied.
If any fraudulent activity is discovered, the lottery event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
* Each member can only participate once per day. Please note that members cannot participate in the event or redeem prizes on their behalf.
*Prizes can only be redeemed at the venue. Please come to the fan club booth with the winning screen displayed.
*Prizes cannot be exchanged at a later date, so please make sure to exchange them on the day of the performance.
*The "Staff Check Button" will be operated by staff. If you press it yourself, you will not be able to redeem your ticket, so please do not press it.
*Please only line up in the prize exchange queue if you wish to receive a prize. If you have companions, please meet them outside the fan club booth area.
*We cannot accept exchanges for products other than defective products. Please note that if the prize is defective, it will only be exchanged at the venue on the day of the event.
*Secondary use, resale, unauthorized reproduction on SNS, etc., or forwarding to third parties of the lottery URL and lottery prizes are strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will strictly discipline the fan club members, and at that point, we will cancel the "members-only lottery." Please be sure to follow the rules.

※A Prize "Phone Call with Your Favorite Member After the Performance" will be made by your registered favorite member from the fan club after the performance ends. Those registered with "ICEx" can choose one member on the day.
If you win the A prize "Post-Show Phone Call with Your Favorite Member," please come to the fan club booth before the performance starts. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any requests after the show.
*Winners on the day must bring identification and participate after verification of their identity. Please be sure to check here for valid forms of identification. If you do not have valid identification, you may be denied participation. Please prepare in advance to participate.
*Customers will receive a call from a private number registered with the fan club. There are settings on both the phone itself and the carrier side for 'rejecting private numbers'. Customers who win a live call are requested to confirm in advance that the 'reject private numbers' setting on the phone registered with the phone number is disabled.
If the call cannot be connected due to incorrect registration of your phone number or mistakes in disabling caller ID settings, we will not be able to respond with a callback or similar actions. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

On the day of the performance, by scanning the QR code posted in the venue, you will receive "CHECK IN points" and a "performance day limited attendance stamp."
Please come and check it out at the venue!
*Please check the location of the QR code at the venue.
*Points will be awarded only once per day per visit.
* Points and stamps can only be earned on the day of the performance and at the venue. We cannot respond at a later date for any reason, so please be sure to log in before coming to the venue.

*New membership and renewal procedures for the "ICEx COOLer BOX" will not be carried out at the fan club booth.
*To participate in the "Members-only Raffle" and receive visitor points, you must register as an ICEx COOLer BOX member (paid) and log in.
*There are many members who are unable to participate in the content due to reasons such as being unable to log in to the "ICEx COOLer BOX" at the venue. If you would like to participate, please make sure to check that you are logged in before coming to the venue.
*On the day, please line up according to the staff's instructions.
