*You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. It is also prohibited to make the members hold or wear objects, and customers are also prohibited from taking photos while holding objects.

*You are free to choose your own pose, but if the staff deems it inappropriate, we ask that you change your pose immediately. *You can bring in post-its and name tags with messages of support, etc., that are not decorated or ornamented.

*This event will be a two-shot photo session, so we cannot accept solo shots with just the member.

*Conversation is prohibited during the special event.

*The two-shot photo session will be conducted using the customer's own mobile phone (including smartphones) by the staff. Photography using camera apps other than the standard ones, tablets, or other recording devices (such as digital cameras), as well as the use of flash or photography assistance equipment, is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.*

*You will be required to take photos from the designated position specified by the management. If you wish to take photos in any other manner, there is a possibility that you will be denied permission to take photos altogether.

■How to participate in the event

On the day of the event, customers who purchase the designated product (three-pack set) at the CD sales booth at the venue will receive one event participation ticket per set.

*Only the person who purchased the ticket can participate in the event.

*For same-day sales, you can choose your preferred member and section on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please note that preschool children cannot participate alone or with their companions.

*Participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*Resale, transfer, exchange, etc. of participation tickets are strictly prohibited.

*Please note that once used, the participation ticket cannot be reused.

*Please make sure to arrive within the entry deadline that you selected at the time of purchase. If you do not arrive within the entry deadline, you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason.*

■ Prohibited Items

* Transferring or reselling the winning rights, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting

・If the above behavior is detected, the winning rights will be invalidated.

・Forgery, duplication, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if such conduct is discovered, you will be refused entry to the event, reported to the police, and will be barred from participating in any future ICEx related live events.

*Staying overnight near the venue, sit-ins, rallies, etc.

* Defamation, libel, intimidation, or insults directed at members

* Entering or participating in events while drinking or under the influence of alcohol

* Recording, filming, photographing, etc. at the event venue, and bringing equipment for such purposes into the venue

If any additional details or precautions arise, they will be announced on the official website at a later date.

・We use metal detectors to check for wiretapping devices. If you use a pacemaker or other device and are unable to use a metal detector, please inform the reception desk.

 

■Notes

*Any contact, such as handshakes or high-fives, is prohibited during the event.

*The event will end as soon as the line ends. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have an "event participation ticket."

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*When participating, please keep track of your valuables at your own risk.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damages in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this event, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring rights are found, the right to participate in the event will be invalidated (all event participation tickets will be confiscated) and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future applications or lottery events.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*If a parent or guardian accompanies the child, the parent or guardian will be asked to wait outside the venue.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.

*In order to ensure a smooth event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please be aware of this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before joining the reception waiting line.

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents of performers, transportation outages, or equipment problems at the venue, the event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, location, or content of the event may be changed. Even in these cases, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses.

*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in this event. The event itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

*Please note that the organizers will not take any responsibility for any loss or accidents of customers' belongings.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer.
