Thank you very much for your continued support of ICEx.

 

As the day of the event approaches, we are taking measures to ensure that everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.

We kindly ask you to read the following carefully, and to understand and cooperate before attending.

 

[Regarding admission]

・If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

There may be a personal identification check at the entrance and inside the seating area.

Please be sure to bring your ID (copies are not accepted, only the original is valid).

・E-tickets must be distributed one per person before entering the venue.

Please make sure to print and distribute your e-tickets in advance.

If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.

The restrooms in the venue are limited in number and may become crowded.

Please make sure to use the restroom before your arrival and enter the venue.

・We are unable to store any of your luggage.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not bring carry cases into the venue.

Please use coin lockers nearby or at the station.

・Please keep your luggage and valuables in your own care.

The organizers, venue, and performers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

- Anything that obstructs the view of other customers, such as tall headbands or tall hats, is prohibited inside the audience area.

Heels and shoes with thick soles of 6cm or more are prohibited as they may obstruct the view of other customers and there are many steps within the venue to prevent accidents and injuries.

 

[Viewing requests and other precautions]

・Videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.

Only official merchandise may be used inside the venue.

Bringing in any shiny items other than official merchandise, homemade fans, cheering boards, or other items that obstruct the view will be prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to other customers.

Please be aware that staff will warn you as soon as they find you.

・Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, binoculars with recording functions, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience seats and stage) while the doors are open, during the performance, and after the performance has ended.

Please note that if any prohibited behavior is discovered, we may confiscate any recording media, delete any data, and ask you to leave the venue.

If you see anyone taking photographs or videos or recording audio, please contact a member of staff nearby.

・Please be sure to watch from your seat. You may stand during the performance.

・If you start feeling unwell at the venue, do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff.

・Drinking alcohol inside the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. If you see any customers drinking, please speak to a staff member.

・For this performance, we will decline all congratulatory flowers, letters, gifts, etc. sent to the performers from the audience.

・Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

 

The above precautions may be subject to change depending on the situation at the time of the event.
