[Event Details]
Mini live show & special event
The mini live is free to attend, but a priority viewing area will be set up in front of the stage, and only those with a 'live admission ticket (with a numbered order)' will be allowed to enter. For details, please see the section below on [Event Participation Method].

On January 8, 2025 (Wednesday), a special event will be held after the mini live for those who reserve Lienel's 5th single 'Go Around The World' at the venue on the same day (full payment required).
After those with a 'live admission ticket (with a designated number)' have entered, free entry will be allowed if there is still space available in the event area.

[How to participate in the event]
At this release event, we will introduce a pre-application lottery system for 'CD purchase tickets' using the LINE app to alleviate congestion during CD purchases. Please check below for more information about the 'CD purchase tickets'.

On the day of the event, those with a CD purchase ticket will be served in order of their ticket number at the special CD sales booth. Customers who have reserved the products listed below will receive one 'live entry ticket (with a number)' per person and one 'bonus ticket' for each product purchased.
*When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children can line up together.)
*The distribution of 'live admission tickets' will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.*
*The "live admission tickets" and "bonus tickets" are limited in quantity. Please understand that we cannot provide them to everyone who has a "CD purchase ticket."*
*Live admission tickets and bonus tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.*
The order number for the live admission tickets will be given randomly, not based on the order of purchase.
*This ticket cannot be used for special events on dates other than those specified on the ticket.
During the special benefits event, only those with special tickets—meaning those who plan to participate in the benefits session—are allowed to enter and stay in the event space. We kindly ask customers who have finished participating or those who do not plan to participate to leave promptly. Staff will be checking for special tickets at all times within the venue.

About CD Reservations
・Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
To register a reservation, a mobile phone number and an email address are required.
Emails will be sent from the domain 'towerrecords.co.jp', so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.
The flow from reservation registration to payment is as follows.
Please scan the QR code announced at the reservation venue using your smartphone/mobile phone (except for some models).
Press the 'Create Empty Email' button on the displayed screen, check the sender's address, and then send the empty email as is.
Once you receive the email titled 'Reservation Registration Information', please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the email body.
Please choose a method for receiving your product: either pick it up at a Tower Records store or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fees will apply).
Please select your desired reservation product, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register your reservation details.
Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed, so please present the QR code at the venue's cash register.
After confirming your reservation details and making the payment, we will provide you with benefits corresponding to the product.
After the payment is completed, you will receive an email at your registered email address titled "[Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Receipt Method Information."
※ The "[※ Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Instructions for Receipt" email is necessary for store pickup and inquiries about delivery status, so please do not discard it.
Please keep the product safe until you receive it.
If you have not received the "[Do Not Discard] Payment Completed / Receipt Method Notification," please be sure to ask the staff.
Payment methods available are cash and credit card (lump sum).
Various electronic money, coupons, and point cards cannot be used.
Parking services at nearby facilities are not included.
Changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation made by the customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If you do not have a smartphone or mobile phone, please speak to the staff on the day.

About receiving the product

You can choose from the following methods to receive your product:
Store Pickup: Pickup at Tower Records Ario Hashimoto (Store selection is not possible.)
Home delivery: A shipping fee of 900 yen will be charged (Shipping to hotels or overseas is not accepted.)
*Changes to the method of receipt after payment is completed are not allowed.
Product pickup at the store will be available after the evening of the day before the release date.
When receiving your item, please open the URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and show us the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
・If you have requested delivery, we will deliver the items in order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information in the "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive the item" email.
The reservation period for the product is four weeks from the release date.
・If you are unable to receive the item by the specified date due to long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact us for receipt, we will be unable to hand over the item to you. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the purchase price, so please be aware of this in advance.
Changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds after a reservation made by the customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances. This also applies in cases of product delays.
・If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your circumstances and it becomes necessary to redeliver or forward the product, you will be responsible for the costs incurred. Thank you for your understanding.

About payment methods for products
・Payment methods are cash and credit card (one-time payment) only. QR code payment and various coupons/point cards cannot be used. In addition, parking tickets are not issued.
・Please note that depending on the communication conditions on the day, you may not be able to use any payment method other than cash.
Please note that we do not accept any cancellations or refunds after making a reservation.
*Please note that we cannot combine deliveries.

[About watching the mini live show]
Please gather at the meeting place specified on the 'live admission ticket' on time.
For each 'live admission ticket', one person will be guided in the order of the number indicated on the ticket.
*The distribution of "live admission tickets" will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. It is not possible to reserve multiple tickets in advance for companions who arrive later.*

▼Notes regarding viewing the mini live show
Climbing on ladders or platforms for viewing is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
*The venue is outdoors. Please be aware that the event may change or be canceled depending on the weather on the day. The use of umbrellas, including parasols, is prohibited at the venue. Please prepare raincoats or similar items.*

[Special event details]
For each CD purchased, you will receive a special ticket. Depending on the number of CDs, you can participate in the special event or exchange for special products.
Special ticket 1 piece: Postcard November ver. (Group postcard)
1 special ticket: Participation rights for Rielet, includes small and big prizes.
1 special ticket: High-five event with all members.
2 benefit tickets: Group photo session with all members / Group & Group photo session
3 bonus tickets: Two-shot photo session

Notes on the distribution of postcards
You can write a message on a postcard and submit it to the special post set up during the 'Lienel 3rd Live Tour 2025 "Lienel a go-go!"'.
On the day of payment, the staff will hand you a postcard at the register.
The design of the postcards will change in November / December / January.
Only postcards distributed at the release event can be submitted to the designated post.

▼ Notes regarding participation in the リエレット
With one special ticket, you can participate once in the Lienel Roulette set up near the CD sales area.
Please follow the staff's instructions and spin the roulette once with one special ticket.
In roulette, in addition to the normal frame, there are small win frames and big win frames.

Those who fall into the regular category will receive a random postcard as a gift.
Postcards will be given out randomly. If your postcard has a signature, you will be a winner, and you will have the opportunity to take a special two-shot photo with a member.

Those who hit the small prize will receive a random postcard and a special sticker as a gift.
If you collect 5 special stickers, you will be able to take a two-shot selfie.
※At the Rieletto venue you can exchange for 5 special stickers and a right to take a two-person selfie. Please note that the special stickers will be collected back.
*Until you accumulate five pieces, you will need to manage them yourself. We cannot take any responsibility for loss, theft, or similar issues.

Those who hit the big win will receive a random postcard as a gift.
Additionally, you will be able to take a two-shot selfie with your favorite member participating in the event on that day.
*Customers who have won a prize, please gather at the time indicated on the day of the event. If you do not arrive when called, or if you bring it to a later event, you will not be able to participate in the two-shot, so please be aware of this in advance.
Please note that postcards of customers who took a two-shot photo will be marked to indicate their participation.
Please note that the distribution of postcards is not done by members.

Notes regarding the high-five event
*Any actions other than high-fiving are prohibited.
*Please do not stop, follow the instructions of staff and proceed promptly.
*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.
*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "bonus ticket" will be required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
*Please note that the benefits offered on the day may differ depending on the circumstances at the time of the event.

▼ Notes on Group Photo Sessions and Group & Group Photo Sessions
*Photos will be taken only with the member and one participating customer.
The members' poses will be determined by a lottery drawn by the customers. (Different poses are expected for each round.)
*Customers cannot specify poses or expressions.
*Group and group photo sessions will be conducted with members and customer groups (up to 2 to 4 people). (For example, if a customer group of 4 participates, 8 tickets will be required, as each person needs 2 tickets.)
The order of the members will be determined by a lottery on the day of the event. Customers will be able to line up between the members for photos. Please note that the arrangement of the members may change during the special event.
For customers participating in the group and group photo session, we will take photos using one device from a representative customer. Photography with multiple devices is not permitted.
For participants who are elementary school students or older, two 'benefit tickets' are required per person.

Important Notes Regarding the Two-Shot Photo Session
*The photo session will only include one desired member and one participating customer.
If you have photography rights at Rielet, please line up in the queue for the corresponding member.
For participants who are elementary school students or older, three 'special tickets' are required per person.

▼Notes Regarding the Photo Shoot
If you are participating with multiple entries, we kindly ask you to submit them all together instead of one by one.
*Photography will be conducted by staff using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
* Film cameras, digital cameras, and other specialized photography equipment cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will take great care when handling mobile phones, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
*The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps or similar tools is prohibited.*
The actions of having members carry items, wear items, or crouch are prohibited.
*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.
*Customers are requested to stand in the designated spot prepared for the photo shoot.
If a preschool child is participating, there can be one preschool child per guardian.
*During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that any items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.*
For those using iPhone devices (or any iOS-enabled devices), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is displaying the home screen, not while the camera app is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when they check the device after collecting the ticket, it will be deemed an act of "attempting to record the special benefits video intentionally, thereby obstructing smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without the special benefits video being recorded. In this case, the special ticket will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured while the recording functions (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture features like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) are ON, will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.
*Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature on the Xperia mobile device is turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot proceed if it is set to [Automatic]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the normal shooting mode. Please understand that there may be changes in the order of photography guidance in order to check the settings.
If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please ensure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before filming. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)
Re-shooting is generally not allowed. However, there may be instances where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For iPhone users, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to check for any issues immediately after the shoot on stage.
*The use of flash/strobe functions on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed (white) or underexposed (dark) when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate re-shooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows shooting with ambient light.
*Please turn off the live function mode on your smartphone and hand it over to a member of staff.
*Please note that depending on the angle, staff and equipment may appear in the background. Please note that you cannot move the shooting location.
Please note that customers who have finished their photo session or those who are not part of the photo session are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that we can have a wonderful photo shoot within the limited time available.
If a preschool child is participating, there can be one preschool child per guardian.

▼Notes regarding special events and other events in general
Wearing a mask is left to individual judgment.
Please understand that participation in any of the special events may be postponed due to the health conditions of the members on the day. Additionally, please note that the special events are held as a gesture of gratitude for those who purchase products, and as a general rule, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds due to changes in members.
*Please be aware that if the event lasts for a long time, it may end prematurely. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Once preparations are complete, we will start with the group photo session, followed by the group & group photo session, and then the two-shot photo session. Please note that the order of the special event may change. Keep an eye on the progress as guided by the staff on site. Additionally, please make sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missed participation.
At the start of the special event, if there are delays in lining up, we will begin another event as soon as the line breaks. Additionally, if a last line is established, we will close new registrations, so we encourage your active participation.
We will strive to ensure smooth proceedings; however, depending on the circumstances on the day, we may have to interrupt or change some aspects of the special event.
Please be careful not to point cameras, such as mobile phones, towards the stage where the members are, or in the direction of the staff or other guests during mini live performances and special events. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to confirm the situation. Additionally, if any disputes arise between guests, please resolve them among yourselves, as the organizers will not be involved in any way. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be informed that customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, will not be allowed entry on the day of the event. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you not to push yourself.
Please be aware that depending on future circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled or postponed, or its content may change. In such cases, we will provide information on our website and other platforms before the event, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.

[Notes]
*Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
Please cooperate in ensuring space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering near the event space, in the aisles, or inside the store is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
*Bringing carry cases or large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Please be aware that customers with such items may be denied entry. Leaving bags in walkways or at your feet to secure space is very dangerous, so please refrain from doing so. We ask that you store large luggage in public lockers before arriving.*
Please do not hold light sticks, boards, or fans above your own head height, as we kindly ask for your consideration for customers behind you.
Due to weather, disasters, or the artists' circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may change. Please be aware of this in advance. In the case of cancellation, all transportation costs will be the customer's responsibility.
*The event time may vary slightly.
Please refrain from bringing in filming equipment, recording devices, or video recording equipment. All forms of filming, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from taking photos, directly handing over letters, and giving food, drinks, or gifts during the event, including when members are entering or exiting the venue and during the special event.
The resale of event tickets (including benefit tickets), as well as exchanges, transfers, copying, and forgery between customers, is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will collect your event tickets (including benefit tickets), and you will be banned from entering this event venue, as well as any future events.
Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer. Additionally, in the case of event cancellation or postponement, there will be no compensation for transportation and accommodation costs.
We kindly ask that you refrain from actions that may disrupt the event's production or surprise plans conceived by customers, as they may cause confusion.
*Please be aware that if the number of attendees exceeds capacity, not all customers may be able to view the event. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
If complaints are received by the police or the venue, the event may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*Please take your trash home with you.
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Thank you for your understanding.

If you fail to follow the above precautions, the event may be canceled.
