<Regarding product shipping>
For regular sales items, orders placed by 23:59 on Thursday, December 25, 2025 will be shipped sequentially from Friday, December 26, 2025.
*If you use convenience store payment, if you complete your payment by 23:59 on Thursday, December 25th, 2025, your items will be shipped sequentially from Friday, December 26th.
Please note that if you place an order after Friday, December 26th, your order will be shipped sequentially from Monday, January 5th, 2026, after our holiday.

Regarding order cancellations
For products that cannot be cancelled from your personal page, we will not be able to accept cancellation inquiries even if you make them during the period below.
