The calendar for the one-book ticket will be handed over by the staff.

How to participate

At Lawson Ticket, tickets with the event-exclusive "ICEx Official Calendar 2026.4-2027.3" will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis for one book, and tickets for two books will be sold by lottery to FC fans.
*Please note that if you purchase the "ICEx Official Calendar 2026.4-2027.3" through any means other than this ticket reception, you will not be able to participate in the event.

One ticket allows one person to participate in the event. If it is a preschool-aged child, one ticket can cover them as well.
One child can be accompanied by a guardian. Children in elementary school or older will require a ticket.

Notes on Sales

*Customers aged 12 and over will need an event participation ticket. Children under 12 will need a parent's ticket.
You may bring a child with you, but please note that only one child may accompany you per ticket.
In the case of defective products, an exchange for a good product will be made instead of a refund.
Please understand that participation in any of the special events may be postponed due to the health conditions of the members on the day. There is a possibility of member substitution. Additionally, please be aware that returns or refunds for products may not be possible.
 

 

Regarding participation in the event

*Please be sure to bring your ticket on the day of the event. Please note that you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason if you do not have a ticket.
*One participation ticket will allow you to participate in this event once.
The meeting time for the event varies depending on the department participating.
Please gather at the venue at the collection time corresponding to the management number listed. If you cannot arrive within the specified collection time, you may have to line up at the end of the queue or may not be able to participate in the special event.
*If you have already purchased a ticket but are unable to attend the event on the day,

(The design and autograph of the postcard that comes with the two-book ticket will be randomly selected.)
*Your reservation will be canceled on Saturday, February 28, 2026, and no refunds will be given in this case.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Resale, duplication, and forgery are strictly prohibited. If such actions are discovered, they will be rendered invalid, and entry will be denied. Furthermore, we will not be involved in any troubles arising from these prohibited actions.

About Event Progress

*The event organizers will decide whether or not you will line up in order of your ticket numbers on the day.
*Even if you arrive within the registration hours, the event will end as soon as the line breaks. If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a participation ticket.*
Due to the progress of the event, there may be times when you will have to wait beyond the designated gathering time at the venue. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Please follow the staff's instructions on the day of the event. The event may be canceled if confusion occurs at the venue.
Other actions besides benefits (such as handshakes and hugs) are prohibited for the safety of the talent and customers.
*Please be aware that during the discussion event, staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have multiple tickets, you may be asked to submit them together, regardless of the type of ticket.

 

<Infectious Disease Measures and Requests to Visitors>
・Those who are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain and are concerned about their health will not be able to participate.
Please refrain from delivering letters or gifts. We also decline to accept any items on behalf of others.
To prevent droplet infection, please refrain from unnecessary chatter, loud cheering, and calls while lining up and inside the venue.
・Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.

 

Important Notes for the Day of the Event

Photography and video recording inside the venue are prohibited.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in bringing only the minimum necessary luggage to the event venue.
Bringing dangerous items and other items deemed inappropriate by the staff into the venue is prohibited.
If you do not follow the instructions and precautions given by the staff on the day of the event, there is a risk that the event may be canceled.
*Please note that the event details may change without prior notice.
In case of bad weather, the event may be canceled.
*Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue will be the responsibility of the customer. Even in the event that the event is canceled, the conditions will remain the same.
Overnight stays, sitting, or gatherings around the venue during late night or early morning hours are strictly prohibited as they may disturb other customers.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
