* Children under 3 years old are free of charge as long as they sit on an adult's lap. However, if a seat is required, a ticket is required.
*Annotated reserved seats are seats from which you may have a poor or partial view of the performers, production, and stage.
*Please note that seats with a completely obstructed view may not allow you to directly see the performers, the production, or the stage.

[How to issue tickets]
★Customers who purchased through the "ICEx COOLer BOX" member pre-sale (1st/2nd round) or the "+KIRARI" member pre-sale
Ticket collection: Tickets will be issued via EBiDAN official app, "EBiDAN OFFICIAL APP".

To receive tickets through the "EBiDAN Official App," you must register for a Plus member ID (free of charge).
After the electronic ticket starts displaying, you will need the "receipt number" and "exchange number" listed in the ticket issuance start notification email you receive from Ticket Plaza.

If your name does not match the visitor's name or if we are unable to provide sufficient verification, you will be denied entry.
In this case, please note that we will not be able to refund any ticket prices.
*If it is discovered that a person is engaged in resale, transfer, or any other similar activity, and that person is an ICEx COOLer BOX member or ICEx +KIRARI member, their membership will be terminated regardless of the reason.
