▼Regarding the numbered tickets for participation in the special event for CD purchasers

For this event, all pre-sales and on-the-day sales will be conducted online (VICTOR ONLINE STORE). At the event venue on the day of the event, you will receive a "Special Event Participation Ticket" corresponding to the number of items you purchased online (VICTOR ONLINE STORE).

To alleviate congestion at the venue, when distributing "Special Event Participation Tickets" to those who purchased tickets during the pre-sale period, we will be implementing a pre-application lottery system using the LINE app to distribute "Special Event Participation Ticket Distribution Numbered Tickets."

Customers who purchase a CD and wish to receive a numbered ticket for the special event should apply for a ticket according to the instructions below. (Please read the instructions to the end.)

*CDs will also be sold on the day of the event via the VICTOR ONLINE STORE, but those purchasing on the day will not receive a numbered ticket. Numbered tickets will only be issued to those who pre-ordered.

■Numbered tickets will be announced on June 11th (Thursday) at 6:30 PM.

 

*Customers who do not have a "Participation Ticket Distribution Ticket for the Special Event" on the day of the event, or who wish to purchase additional tickets, can purchase them from the VICTOR ONLINE STORE from 8:00 AM on the day of the event. However, since there is a limited number of participation tickets for the special event, we recommend applying for a numbered ticket in advance.

*The scheduled assembly time will also be announced when your serial number is announced.

3. Turn on all required items and tap "Allow"

4. Tap "Open" for your desired date

5. Tap "Apply"

Enter the 'order number' starting with 000W- found in the order completion email or on your My Page, and tap 'Send'.

 

*Adding friends alone does not complete your application. Please be sure to complete the application process.

*The order number will serve as the serial code.

The order number will start with '000W-' and consist of 20 characters (including alphanumeric characters and hyphens).

["Operation Method for 'Special Event Participation Ticket Distribution' on the Day"]

1. Your serial number will be displayed on the announcement date. (You will not receive a LINE notification, so please tap the banner in the message to check.)

2. Please be sure to check your own registration number and call status, and come to the designated area of the venue by the scheduled time indicated on your ticket.

3. When you are able to enter, you will receive a message on LINE. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance to the CD sales area. The staff will tap your screen to read the QR code.

The call number currently being called will be displayed in real-time on your ticket. Please note that even if you arrive at the venue's special area before the scheduled gathering time, you will not be able to receive guidance or wait at the venue.

 

[Notes for those who have numbered tickets for applications, operations, and special event participation tickets] *Please be sure to read.

The 'special event participation ticket distribution ticket' is free.

Even if you have multiple order numbers, each person may only use one device and submit one application. It is prohibited for one person to use multiple devices to apply multiple times. Staff may approach customers who have multiple devices.

・If you have a numbered ticket, you can only line up once. This is a rule to allow as many customers as possible to participate, so please be sure to follow it.

・Applications and ticket issuing can only be done via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.

On the day of the event, customers with numbered tickets for the special event will be guided to the special booth in order of their ticket number. Customers without numbered tickets for the special event can purchase tickets when sales begin on the day of the event, however, they will not be able to purchase tickets if the maximum number of tickets has already been issued.

・If you have a numbered ticket for the special event and arrive late at the designated time, you will be directed to the back of the line of people already waiting, even if the service has already begun for numbers higher than yours. Please note that depending on your arrival time, we may not be able to give you the special event ticket or the priority viewing area entry application ticket you requested.

Family members, friends, and accompanying persons must each apply for a numbered ticket to participate in the special event.

・One participation ticket for the special event will be given to one person for each numbered ticket issued, corresponding to the number of items purchased.

・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)

・Screenshots of the QR code screen cannot be used. If fraud is confirmed, you will be banned from future events.

Participation will also be refused.

The distribution tickets for the special event do not have a sharing feature, so they cannot be transferred to others.

Even if you cannot attend, you cannot cancel or transfer the participation ticket for the special event.

・We may ask you to verify your identity. Please make sure to bring your ID.

・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be sure not to remove your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event.

On the day of the event, please be aware that the call time may change depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

・It will be possible to check whether or not issued tickets have been used. If it is confirmed that a user is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing tickets when they are not actually attending the event, we will not be able to issue tickets to that user or allow them to participate in future events.

For this release event, "priority viewing area admission tickets" will not be issued via LINE. Those who have a "participation ticket distribution ticket for the special event" and have received a participation ticket for the special event will receive a "priority viewing area admission application ticket" (wristband).
