Mini live show & special event

 

*A special event will be held after the mini-live for those who purchase the eligible product, "FRESH!!" (First Press Limited Edition A: NZS-1044 / First Press Limited Edition B: NZS-1045 / Regular Edition: NCS-3081), at the venue on the day of the event.

*A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini live performance, where you can watch the event from a closer distance. A "priority viewing area admission ticket" is required to enter this area. "Priority viewing area admission tickets" will be distributed by lottery.

※The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the free space designated at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated space is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation.

[How to participate in the event]

To alleviate congestion at the CD sales counter during this release event, we will be implementing a pre-registration lottery system using the LINE app for "CD purchase numbered tickets." Additionally, for those wishing to purchase a CD, you will receive a "priority viewing area entry application ticket" (wristband) when you purchase a CD. Please see below for details regarding the "CD purchase numbered ticket" and "priority viewing area entry application ticket."

*Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. Please note that customers who do not have the LINE app cannot apply.

 

On the day of the event, those who have a "CD purchase ticket" will be guided to the special CD sales booth in the order of their ticket numbers, and tickets will be handed out to customers who purchase the designated products.

 

*Those waiting before the 10:00 opening time should wait at the '2F Park-side Entrance'.

<About purchasing additional CDs after the mini live>

Depending on the number of customers participating on the day, the distribution limit for bonus tickets may be reached and sales may close. In that case, no additional tickets will be sold. For more information, please check the announcement at the venue on the day.

 

 

[About the priority viewing area]

・A "priority viewing area" will be set up for those who purchase the eligible products, allowing them to view the stage from the front area.

Those who purchase eligible products will receive a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Application Ticket" (wristband) (which will be placed on your wrist by a staff member). The wristband will have a serial number, and those whose serial number is selected in the lottery will be able to enter the "Priority Viewing Area".

・Only one wristband per person.

・For elementary school students and older, one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Application Ticket" (wristband) is required per person. Preschool children (under elementary school age) can enter without a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Application Ticket" (wristband) if their guardian has one. Up to two children per guardian can enter.

The "winning number" and "order of entry to the priority area" on your wristband will be announced on ICEx Official X (formerly Twitter) approximately 15 minutes before the start of entry to the priority area. Please note that a lower number does not necessarily mean you will be able to enter the priority area earlier.

• The start time for entry to the priority area varies depending on the venue.

*There is a limit to the number of wristbands distributed. Distribution will end as soon as they run out.

*The wristband numbers are assigned by lottery, so there is a chance you may receive a losing number.

*We cannot provide "Priority Viewing Area Admission Application Tickets" (wristbands) for those who are not present at the time of payment or wristband distribution. Please ensure that the person participating completes the payment and comes to receive their wristband.

* Wristbands will become invalid if they are removed, detached, or otherwise tampered with. They will also be invalidated if staff determine that there are signs of removal, as this would make it impossible to deny the possibility of transfer or resale. Similarly, wristbands that are severely damaged will also be invalidated.

*Transferring or reselling the wristband to anyone other than the person who received it is prohibited. If a violation is found, the corresponding number will be invalidated without question, and entry to the priority area and participation in the fan event will be denied. In this case, no refunds will be given for purchased items.

*Please note that reserving seats for companions who will be entering later within the "priority viewing area" is prohibited. Cutting in line to move to the front is also prohibited. If you wish to enter with a companion, you may enter together after all priority entry has been completed.

*If we discover any instances of reserving seats or cutting in line, both the person involved and the person concerned will be asked to leave the priority area.

*The "priority viewing area" may be opened to customers who do not have a wristband.

▼Notes regarding viewing the mini live show

Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited.

*Please be careful not to point smartphones, cameras, etc. towards the stage where members, staff, or other customers are present. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff may ask questions and check the camera roll, recording lists, and, if necessary, any hidden or password-protected folders containing shooting files, as well as the status of the apps being used.

Please observe from the location indicated by the staff within the event space. Moving around during the mini live performance is not allowed.

*Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.

*Shouting or calling out during the live performance is prohibited. Please support the performers by clapping, etc.

*Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct the view, such as message boards, into the venue, as they will disturb other customers. Also, please do not hold penlights, towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders, as this will disturb customers behind you and around you. When using them, please keep them below shoulder height (for those viewing on the 3rd floor, please keep them below shoulder height and not exceeding the front glass surface). If we determine that you are engaging in behavior that disturbs other customers, our staff may give you a warning.

Standing or sitting on ladders, platforms, benches, or any venue equipment is prohibited.

 

▼Notes regarding the special event

<The whole event>

*Please understand that we may have to cancel the participation of any special event due to the health of the members on the day. In addition, the special event is an event to show gratitude to those who purchased products, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members, etc.

*If the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.

*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*The 'Participation Ticket' is only valid on the date of each event, so please be aware.

*Please note that the details of the special event may change. Please check the progress as guided by the staff on site. Additionally, make sure to check the number of special tickets you have to avoid any unused tickets or missing participation.

Once the line ends, we will start a different benefits event. Additionally, after we set the last position in line, new registrations will be closed, so we kindly ask you to participate as soon as possible.

Due to circumstances on the day of the event, it may be necessary to interrupt or change some aspects of the special event.

*On the day of the event, we will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who has cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.

Please note that customers who have finished the special event or those who are not eligible for the special event are not allowed to meet or stop near the event location.

For participants who are elementary school students or older, one 'special event participation ticket' is required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be one preschool child per parent. When taking photos, the parent or guardian should hold the child in their arms or have them sit on their lap.

*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

 

<lottery>

With one special ticket, you can participate once at the lottery booth set up near the CD sales area.

*You can win one of the S prizes to C prizes in one lottery.

 

<Real High Touch Event>

*Any actions other than high-fiving are prohibited.

*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.

 

<Farewell video shooting>

*One "Video Filming Allowed Farewell Party Participation Ticket" will allow you to participate in one farewell video shoot with all the members.

*Customers can only film videos while holding the device themselves.

*Please show the staff the screen with the recording mode activated.

*Photography is only permitted with one camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device owned by the customer. Photography with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, SLR cameras, etc.) is not permitted. Please make sure you have a camera app ready to launch immediately before lining up.

*During the photo shoot, only the standard camera mode using the rear camera is allowed. The use of apps or the front camera is prohibited.

*The subjects of the photography will only be the members. Actions that would result in customers being captured in the photos are prohibited, so please be aware of this in advance.

Touching members and deliberately approaching specific members are prohibited.

*Please do not stop, follow the instructions of staff and proceed promptly.

*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.

Please note that customers who have finished their photo session or those who are not part of the photo session are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.

*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "Farewell Party Participation Ticket (Video Recording Allowed)" is required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

 

<"Pun☆Jela" video shoot>

*One "Pun☆Jera" video shoot participation ticket allows you to participate in one "Pun☆Jera" video shoot with your chosen member.

*Customers can only film videos while holding the device themselves.

*Recording will start and end according to the staff's instructions.

*Please show the staff the screen with the recording mode activated.

*Photography is only permitted with one camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device owned by the customer. Photography with other devices (instax, digital cameras, film cameras, SLR cameras, etc.) is not permitted. Please make sure you have a camera app ready to launch immediately before lining up.

*During the photo shoot, only the standard camera mode using the rear camera is allowed. The use of apps or the front camera is prohibited.

<3-shot photo session and member selfie-style 2-shot>

The camera mode used during shooting will be the normal camera mode.

* You cannot specify poses or facial expressions for the members. Also, having them hold or wear any objects is prohibited. The designated poses will be announced at the venue on the day of the event or via the official LINE account the day before.

*Touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, going around directly behind members, and sitting/crouching are all prohibited.

*The photo will be taken while you are standing in the designated position.

*The "3-shot photo session" will be a 3-shot photo session with two members and one customer. Please check the member composition of each team and choose your desired team (A, B, C, or D) when you receive your participation ticket.

*The "member selfie-style two-shot" will be a two-shot photo of one member and one customer. If you win the lottery, please choose the member of your choice when you receive your participation ticket.

*Photography will be conducted by staff using either the customer's camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. We will take great care in handling your devices, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.

*During the shoot, participation with personal belongings is prohibited.

The staff will check whether the screen recording and audio recording functions are active. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when checking the device after collecting the special ticket, it will be deemed an act of attempting to record the event intentionally, which disrupts the smooth operation and progress of the event. In this case, the recording function will be stopped, and the device will be returned without any recordings.

At that time, the special tickets will be collected as is and cannot be returned, so please be very careful.

If video recording, audio recording, or screen capture features (e.g., iOS Live Photos, screen recording, etc.) are ON during or after the shoot, all recorded data will be deleted, and only the device will be returned as is.

*Please make sure to turn off the "preview shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Preview shooting" from the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Be sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode. In order to check the settings, the order in which we guide you to shoot may change in some cases.

*If the on-site staff suspects that you are recording using a function other than screen recording, you may be asked to close all running apps. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to the closing of apps.

*As a general rule, we do not accept reshoots due to weather, the environment, equipment installation, reflections, or other customer reasons. However, staff may ask you to reshoot at their discretion. In that case, we will first reshoot the photo and then completely delete the original photo data. If you are using an iPhone, please also delete it from your "Recently Deleted Files" folder. In particular, if you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you return, so please understand this in advance and be sure to check for any problems immediately after taking the photo.

*We do not recommend using the flash/strobe function on smartphones, tablets, etc. If the image becomes washed out or dark when shooting in auto mode, we cannot retake the image, so we recommend that you turn off the flash function and set it to a mode that allows you to shoot in natural light.

*Depending on the angle, people other than the customers and members, or equipment, etc. may appear in the background. Please note that the shooting location cannot be moved.

*A 4:3 aspect ratio is recommended. A 16:9 aspect ratio may result in the entire body not being visible.

*Please wipe your camera lens before waiting in line.

*Please set the screen brightness to maximum before handing it to a staff member.

 

<Member-specific postcard distribution event>

*Going around directly behind a member or sitting or crouching is prohibited.

 

▼Other notes

* Calling, mixing, jumping, etc. are prohibited at the venue.

When cheering, please be considerate of surrounding shops and other customers and keep the volume down.

*Please take great care not to leave any purchased items behind at the venue, Emiterasu Tokorozawa, or in the surrounding facilities. If items are intentionally left behind, it may disrupt future events.

*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

Please cooperate in securing space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering in the vicinity of the event space, as well as in aisles or inside the store, is strictly prohibited.

*Please refrain from viewing the event while standing on venue equipment such as ladders, platforms, or benches.

Additionally, when viewing the exhibits on the 3rd floor, it is prohibited to "lean on the glass surface," "view while touching the glass surface," or "carry someone on someone's shoulders or other dangerous behavior."

*Please note that if stains from oil-based pens or other substances adhere to the handrails in the 3rd floor viewing area, they cannot be removed and may require replacement.

Yes, please be careful. *Ink that gets on your palms may transfer to the handrail.

*The seating in the food hall in the building is only available for eating and drinking products sold in the food hall (dine-in items). Please note that we may ask you to leave if you are using the seating for purposes other than eating and drinking, or if you are using the seating for an extended period of time during busy times.

Additionally, if you leave your belongings unattended for an extended period to reserve a seat, we may collect them as lost property.

*The act of reserving spaces using personal belongings such as bags and sheets, both inside and outside the venue, is strictly prohibited. Any unattended items and sheets will be removed by staff and security. Furthermore, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any items that are removed or left unattended.*

*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

*If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved must resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

*Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In that case, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.

*In accordance with the mandatory heatstroke prevention measures in the revised Industrial Safety and Health Regulations based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the event may be canceled during the event or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In such cases, we cannot accept returns or refunds. All transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

*The event time may vary slightly.

*Please refrain from handing letters or gifts directly to the members.

*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.

*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.

*Entry into the plantings and other areas within the venue is strictly prohibited.

*If complaints are received from the police or venue, the event may be canceled.

*Please take your trash home with you.

*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. There is also a possibility that customers may be filmed. Filmed content may be published on TV, in newspapers, on the Internet, etc.

*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Please be considerate of customers who are not participating in the event.

*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the content of the event.

 

If these precautions are not followed, the event may be canceled.
