Requests and precautions regarding the sale of Lienel 4th Live Tour 2025 "Miracle" tickets

To ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance with peace of mind, please be sure to check the information below before applying and attending.

 

[About purchase]

●All tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.

If you are a minor, please consult with your family before applying for tickets.

●When registering your personal information (such as name and phone number) please ensure that it is the information of the person who will be attending. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when registering. ●It may be difficult to secure consecutive seats or seats next to each other. We ask for your understanding.

●The performers may be subject to change due to circumstances.

●Unless the performance is canceled, we will not be able to change the performers or guidelines, or provide refunds due to customer convenience. ●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for the associated travel expenses to the venue, accommodation expenses, etc. (including cancellation fees).

●After tickets are issued, the e-tickets must be distributed in advance, one per person. Please make sure to distribute your tickets before entering the venue.

If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.

If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact us in advance after purchasing your ticket.

●Unauthorized acts such as the transfer or resale of tickets are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Please do not purchase tickets through any means other than official sales, or sell purchased tickets illegally.

 

[Regarding attendance and viewing]

●We may ask you to confirm your identity at the entrance and in the auditorium. Please make sure to bring identification (no copies accepted, only the original) for all persons who registered at the time of purchase.

●Please note that videos and photos taken inside the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.

●On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the rules set by the organizers.

●If you begin to feel unwell inside the venue, do not force yourself and inform a member of staff nearby.

●Entry to the venue under the influence of alcohol or consumption of alcohol within the venue is strictly prohibited. If you see any customers drinking alcohol within the venue, please speak to a nearby staff member.

If prohibited behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave.

Photography, recording, and filming using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, or binoculars with recording functions are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the audience area and stage).

If you see anyone taking photographs or videos or recording audio, please contact a nearby staff member. If prohibited behavior is discovered, we may confiscate any recording media, delete any data, and ask you to leave the venue.

●We are unable to store any luggage belongings of our customers.

At the Lienel official live event, the bringing of unofficial penlights such as modified glow sticks, handmade fans, and message boards other than Lienel official merchandise is prohibited.

When using penlights, please use them at a height that does not obstruct the view of other customers.

Also, please wear the strap attached to the penlight to your hand and be careful not to drop it.

●After the performance, we may regulate exits to ease congestion.

●For this performance, we will decline all gifts of congratulations to the performers, such as flowers and letters.

●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.
