[How to participate in the event]
For each photo set purchased at the venue, you will receive one "Special Event Participation Ticket." You can participate in any special event with one "Special Event Participation Ticket." You can choose which special event you want to participate in.
[Notes regarding participation in the special event]
Participation tickets for special events will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
・The details of the special event may change depending on the situation. Even in such cases, please note that we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products.
・Payment can only be made by cashless credit card.
- Please follow the instructions of staff and strictly observe the rules and etiquette within the event space.
[Notes regarding group photo sessions and group & group photo sessions]
・Group photo session: The photo will be taken only with the members and one participating customer.
・Group & Group Photo Session: This will be a photo shoot of the members and the participating group of customers. (For example, if you are participating in a group of three customers, you will need three bonus tickets, one for each person x three people.)
・The number of guests per group who can participate in the Group & Group Photo Session will be announced on the day.
・The staff will take photos using your camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet device. Photos using other devices (instax cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, etc.) are not permitted.
・As a general rule, reshoots are not possible. However, staff may ask you to take a reshoot at their discretion.
- The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps is prohibited.
・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
・It is prohibited to make members hold or wear objects.
The customer will stand in the designated spot we have prepared for the photo shoot.
- Please turn off the screen recording, audio recording, flash and live function modes before handing the device over to staff.
・In accordance with the above rules, staff will check and operate your device before taking the photo.
[Notes regarding the autograph session]
・For each "Special Event Ticket", a member will sign one photo. You can choose the member you want.
・Autographed photos are only available for purchase at the venue.
・Signatures will only include the member's signature and the date. Comments, customer names, etc. cannot be included.

Eligibility
The purchase of one (1) photo set includes one (1) Fan Event ticket. Each Fan Event ticket grants one (1) turn at any Fan Event available on the day of purchase.
Read Before Participation
- The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Fan Events may change or be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or returns will be offered.
- Booth payment will be cashless. Only credit cards will be accepted.
- Please follow staff directions and be mindful of other booths and eventgoers.
Group (& Group) Photo
Take a photo with Lienel!
Group Photo: For one (1) Fan Event ticket, one (1) individual can take one (1) photo with all present members.
Group & Group Photo: One (1) photo will be taken of your group with all present members. Each participant must submit one (1) ticket each. (i.e. 3 participants=3 tickets= 1 Group & Group photo)
- Maximum number of Group & Group photo participants will be announced before the event
- Photos will be taken by a staff member on the participant’s own smartphone.
- Film and digital cameras are not allowed.
- Photo retakes are subject to staff discretion.
- Photos will only be taken on the smartphone’s built-in camera app. No other camera apps will be allowed.
- Children age 5 and under may participate without a ticket if they are with a ticketed participant.
- Members will not accept accessories or props.
- Participants must stand within the designated area.
- Turn off screen recording, sound recording and flash.
- Staff will check and modify your camera settings according to the above rules.
Autograph
Bring home your very own Lienel autograph!
- For one (1) Fan Event ticket, one (1) photo of your choice will be autographed by one (1) member of your choice.
- Only photos purchased at the event are eligible for autographs.
- Autographs will consist of autograph and date. Other requests such as names or drawings will not be accepted.
