● When purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item, number of items, total amount, etc. at the register. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for incorrect product contents after you have left the register.
Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.
●If a defective product is to be exchanged, we will take it out of the bag and check it. Please note that we cannot check or exchange the product without taking it out of the bag.
