[Ticket and admission information]
・Reselling tickets for profit or putting them up for auction is strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, you will be denied entry. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise as a result of such a situation.
・All seats are reserved for this performance. Please refrain from moving or exchanging seats. Also, viewing from the aisles is not permitted during the performance.
・One ticket is required for each person aged elementary school or older to attend this performance. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Preschool children will not be allowed in.
・Please note that refunds will not be given unless the performance is canceled or postponed.
・Performers are subject to change. No refunds will be given in the event of a performer change.
・Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including lost or stolen tickets.
・Door opening and performance start times may be subject to change.
・Your identity may be verified upon entry. Please bring a photo ID with you.
・Re-entry is not permitted.
・Entry while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol within the venue are prohibited.
・There will be no cloakroom. Please use the lockers in the venue. However, the number of lockers is limited. Please refrain from bringing large luggage.

 

[Notes at the venue]
・There will be recording cameras inside the venue, including the audience area. Recorded footage and photos may be broadcast, streamed, reproduced, or distributed. Please note in advance.
・Glow sticks and penlights may be brought in and used as long as they are within 30cm in total length (high-intensity commercially available products, homemade or modified ones are prohibited), and cheering goods such as fans and folding fans are permitted as long as the face (excluding the handle) is within 30cm x 30cm. Please use them at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.
・Bringing alcoholic beverages, bottles/cans, fireworks or other explosives, dangerous materials, pets or other animals, or any other items prohibited by law into the venue is prohibited. If found, staff may confiscate them.
・Photographing or recording the performing artists using cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, video cameras, tape recorders, or other recording/filming equipment is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to immediately delete the data, your equipment will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave the venue. Legal action may also be taken.
-Moving your body more than necessary, jumping high, or running forward are prohibited.
- Waiting for artists to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.
・We will not be accepting flowers, letters or gifts for the artists at this performance.
・Any other actions that may interfere with the operation or progress of the event, or that may cause harm or inconvenience to nearby customers, are prohibited.

If you do not abide by the above rules, if you do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or if the organizers determine that you have engaged in similar behavior, you will be denied entry or asked to leave. In such cases, ticket fees and other fees will not be refunded. Please note that additions or changes to the content may occur.
