Confirmation and change of registered information

If you are eligible for shipping, please check your address, name (in katakana), etc. by December 3rd (Wednesday), 2025 at 23:59 by going to "MY PAGE" → "Registration Information."

*The package will be sent to the address registered as of 23:59 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. If you have changed your address after the deadline, please be sure to complete the forwarding procedure at your post office. We will not resend the package due to an incorrect address.
*You can still change your registration information after 23:59 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, but your registration information regarding receiving New Year's cards will be updated to the information as of Wednesday, December 3, 2025. We ask for your understanding.
*Please note that we cannot resend items due to incomplete registration.
*Please note that if the item has not arrived due to a customer error, it will be shipped on a cash-on-delivery basis.
 

Regarding inquiries about undelivered New Year's cards

If you have not received it by Thursday, January 15, 2026, please contact us using the inquiry form by Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Please note that we will not be able to respond if the inquiry period has passed.

*Please also contact us within the above period regarding defective products, etc.
*We will only accept exchanges of New Year's cards if they are found to be significantly defective.
*If the item is not returned to the secretariat, it will not be resent.
*Please note that since the cards will be sent by postcard, just like regular New Year's cards, we will not be able to exchange them for minor scratches or bends that occur during shipping.
*Please note that New Year's cards that have been returned to us will be resent cash on delivery.

If you wish to decline receiving New Year's cards due to mourning or other reasons, please contact us using the form below by 23:59 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
