1. Listen to Lienel "Melo Collection" on LINE MUSIC.
*The LINE MUSIC app is required.
*Please listen via online playback (streaming) and do not download or save the audio offline.

2. Check how many times you have played a song from the "(Your Name)'s Play TOP 50" section on the LINE MUSIC ranking page, and take a screenshot.
*You can check the number of plays by going to the LINE MUSIC "Home Page" ⇒ "Rankings" from the tab below.
*What is "(Your Name)'s Play TOP 50"?
This is a list displaying the songs I have played in the last three months, sorted by the number of times they were played.
If "(Your Name)'s Play TOP 50" is not displayed, it may be because you have played fewer than 20 songs on LINE MUSIC in the last three months, or your LINE MUSIC app is not updated to the latest version.
Additionally, the rankings are updated the following day, once a day/irregularly, and short playback times may not be counted as one play.
*You will be responsible for communication costs when participating.

3. Upload a screenshot to this form, fill in the required information, and submit your application.
