*Please make sure to apply in the name of the member who will be attending on the day.

*Transferring or reselling to third parties, including friends or family, is prohibited.

 

Please be sure to apply using the address, name, date of birth, and phone number registered with "DAICHI SHIOZAKI + KIRARI."

Please note that if the contents of your application differ from the registered information, your application may be invalid.

*If you are selected, you must be a valid member on the day of the performance to participate. Even if you have won a ticket (paid), if you have canceled or are no longer a member of "DAICHI SHIOZAKI + KIRARI" on the day of the performance, you will be denied entry.

 

●You may be asked to verify your identity upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification with you when you come to the venue.

The following items are covered:

(4) Basic Resident Registration Card

(5) Physical disability certificate

(6) Residence card or special permanent resident certificate

(7) Individual Number Card (My Number Card)

* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

 

If you do not have a photo ID, please bring two of the following:

*Expired tickets will be invalid.

*Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You can apply at any time that is convenient for you during the application period.

*Each member can apply for one ticket per performance, up to two tickets per performance. If you apply for two tickets, your companion must also be a DAICHI SHIOZAKI + KIRARI member. Please apply only after obtaining the consent of your companion.

*If you apply for two tickets, the accompanying person will need to provide their membership number and date of birth (8 digits).

*If an application is made by representative applicant A and accompanying person B, B cannot enter for the same performance as the representative applicant.

*Please confirm in advance with your companions and decide who will be the "representative applicant" and who will be the "accompanying person" before applying.
