＜Notes＞

*Tickets are required for children aged 3 and over.
*Children under 3 years old are free of charge if they sit on an adult's lap, limited to one child per adult.

 

However, if you need a seat, a ticket is required.
Support crackers and stickers will be distributed upon entry.
*Each person may purchase up to 4 tickets per performance.

*Transfer and resale of tickets is prohibited.

*In light of the current situation with COVID-19, and taking into consideration the guidelines on infection prevention measures issued by the government and each prefecture and local government, we will take measures to prevent infection and the spread of infection and proceed with preparations for the event.

■ Regarding purchase

*When making a reservation, please be sure to enter the name of the representative and a phone number where you can be contacted.

*Minors should consult with their family members before applying for tickets.

*As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.

*After tickets are issued, the e-tickets must be distributed in advance, one per person. Please be sure to distribute your tickets before entering the venue.
*You may be asked to verify your identity upon entry. Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).

*The number of seats is set according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the regulations set by the venue. Please be sure to watch from your own seat.

*Please note that it may be difficult to secure consecutive seats or seats next to each other.

*As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all customers attending the sports day must register their personal information when purchasing (distributing) tickets. Thank you for your understanding.

*Unless the performance is canceled, tickets will not be refunded due to poor physical condition or COVID-19 infection. When purchasing tickets, please consider your own physical condition and environment.

*Performers are subject to change without notice.

*If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact the relevant performance's contact information in advance after purchasing your ticket.

*We cannot accept cancellations or refunds after payment has been made unless the performance is canceled.

 

■ Regarding your visit

*There is no parking lot at the venue. In addition, there are no boarding or disembarking spaces around the venue, so please use public transportation when coming to the venue.

*Please bring a non-woven mask and wear it at all times inside the venue, including when waiting to enter.

*Shouting and cheering inside and outside the venue may be prohibited to prevent droplet infection.

*Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry. If a customer's temperature is detected to be 37.5℃ or higher, they will be denied entry. We also ask that you take your own temperature before coming to the venue.

* Upon entering the venue, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands, so please cooperate.

*We ask that customers who fall under any of the following categories refrain from attending. In addition, we will refuse entry to any customers who fall under any of the following categories on the day of the event.

Please note that in this case we will not be able to refund your ticket.

-Those with symptoms such as coughing, fatigue, runny nose, headache, vomiting, loss of smell or taste, or those who are extremely drunk.

・Those who are not wearing a non-woven mask

・Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

 

*In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may ask you to leave the venue regulatedly.

*We will decline all gifts or other offerings to the performers at this performance.

*Waiting for performers to enter or leave is prohibited.

*The name and contact information you register when entering and purchasing (distributing) tickets may be provided to public institutions such as health centers at the request of the government.

 

*Regarding the holding of this performance, we currently plan to sell admission tickets in accordance with guidelines from the government and local authorities. However, please note that this may be subject to change due to instructions or requests from the government and local authorities in light of the spread of COVID-19.
