M!LK New Single "STARS" Release Commemoration "Special Talk Event"

In-store event to be held in Osaka!

This will be a "Special Talk Session" with two members who will be appearing as part of the campaign.

During the period, purchase the following products at Tower Records Online or Umeda NU Chayamachi store:ofWe will invite you to the event by lottery from those who make a reservation with full advance payment.

*Only winners can participate in this event.

*One person can participate in the event for each "event participation ticket" won in the lottery.

*The event time and gathering time are divided into different participation slots for each section. Please check the time on your participation ticket and join according to the set "gathering time".

■Event details

・This will be a talk session with two members and one customer.

Please note that the participating members may change without notice due to circumstances.

*The talk session will be held with a transparent splash guard between the members and the audience.

*Touching the splash guard sheet or talking while avoiding the sheet is prohibited.

*The event content may change depending on the status of COVID-19 infection.

■How to participate in the event lottery

We will enter a lottery to invite you to this event from those who pre-order the target product in full advance using either method ① or ② below.

*You can enter the lottery once at the store for each event-eligible product you pre-order. Reservations will close as soon as there are no more winners. Also, for those who pre-order from the event-exclusive product cart on Tower Online, the winners will be announced at a later date after the pre-order period ends.

*The maximum number of tickets that can be reserved per transaction is 5 in-store and 10 online.

*Customers aged elementary school and above will need one "Winner Notification" per person.

■How to participate in the lottery

1. Reservations via Tower Records Online

Customers who complete their order for the following products (with event lottery) on Tower Records Online during the applicable period below and whose credit card payment is received after the purchase period closes will be entered into a lottery to be invited to the event.

■Notification of winning

Winners will be notified after 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 17th.

*We will also notify the results of the lottery by email after noon on Thursday, November 17th.

②Reservations at Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store

Customers who pre-order the following products at Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store during the application period listed below and make a full advance payment will be entered into a lottery on a first-come, first-served basis, and winners will be given an "event participation ticket" on the spot in order of their ticket number.

*Pre-distribution of "event participation tickets" will end once the specified number is reached on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will reserve a small number of "event participation tickets" for a lottery on the day of the event, but as soon as there are no more tickets available, reservations will close. Thank you for your understanding.

*Products that come with a participation ticket for this event do not include a "serial number for the online event lottery." They also do not include the "TOWER original bonus < JINTO YOSHIDA > design sticker." In addition, when you collect the product, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for a poster autographed by all M!LK members (Prize A) and a postcard autographed by all members (Prize B), which will be held at the Umeda NU Chayamachi store from the day the product arrives. *When receiving your product, please open the URL for your order information in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

*If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information in the email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive your order."

*Please note that we cannot return the item to you after the reservation period has expired. In that case, we will not refund the purchase price.

■Notes

*Gathering or lining up before opening is not permitted due to COVID-19 countermeasures.

Staff will guide you through the line-up from the time the store opens, so please cooperate by not gathering together until then. Please refrain from waiting or forming a line in or around the store before the line-up begins.

*If you are selected, you will not be able to choose your preferred time. "Event participation tickets" will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Participants will enter the talk venue in the order of the serial numbers printed on their "Event Participation Ticket."

*The gathering time is stated on your "Event Participation Ticket," so please be sure not to be late and follow the instructions of the staff when lining up.

*Please be sure to arrive at the meeting time indicated on your "Event Ticket." If you have already made a reservation the day before and have an event ticket, please refrain from arriving early on the day of the event as this will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*We are unable to answer any inquiries regarding the results of the lottery, so please refrain from doing so.

*If you are unable to log in to your My Page after winning the lottery on Tower Records Online, we will not resend the winning notification for any reason. Please keep your ID and password safe.

As a preventative measure against the COVID-19 outbreak, the event is being held with the utmost care. Please understand the purpose of preventing the spread of infection and consider your health and safety. We ask for your cooperation in taking the following measures in running the event.

*Depending on the future spread of the coronavirus, we may prohibit customers from talking.

*Due to the future spread of COVID-19, weather and disasters, and other issues, or the convenience of the performers, the event may be canceled or the schedule or content may be changed. In such cases, we will not be able to provide refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please follow the instructions of staff to line up with enough space and to form a waiting queue.

* Customers participating in the event are required to wear a mask. Those not wearing one will not be able to participate.

*If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain on the day of the event, or are concerned about your health, please refrain from participating.

*On the day of the event, we will measure your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. If the event organizers confirm or determine that you have a fever, you may be asked to refrain from participating.

*Alcohol-based disinfectant will be available at the venue, so please be sure to use it before participating in the event.

*If you appear to be unwell, our staff may contact you and restrict your participation in the event. If you begin to feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and immediately inform a nearby staff member.

*Event participation tickets will be available until all tickets are sold out.

*Please note that event participation tickets will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged.

*All expenses including transportation to the event venue and accommodation fees will be borne by the winner.

This will not change even if the event is canceled.

*All photographing, recording and filming of artists using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited.

*Bringing dangerous items (such as knives or items that may cause injury to the human body) into the venue is prohibited.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only participate in the event if you are able to accept this.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Due to space limitations at the event venue, we ask that you store large items in a coin locker or similar facility in advance. We cannot store luggage at the event venue.

*Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from the staff at the venue on the day. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave. Please be aware of this before participating.

*Please refrain from handing gifts or fan letters to the artist in person.

*Due to the artist's circumstances or weather conditions, the content may be changed or the event itself may be canceled.

*Recording or filming is strictly prohibited on the day of the event.

*Please note that we will not offer refunds for any products purchased during the event. In the event of a defective product, we will exchange it for a good product.
