Please be sure to wear a non-woven fabric mask when you come.
Entry is not permitted with masks other than non-woven fabric masks.
If there are customers who cannot wear non-woven fabric masks due to allergies or other reasons,

Please check your own and your companions' health conditions and measure your body temperature before attending.
(If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if your temperature is more than 0.5 degrees Celsius above your normal temperature, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.)
 
[Regarding admission]
・We may ask you to verify your identity upon entry.
Please be sure to bring your identification (original only, copies not accepted).
Being a valid member on the day of the performance is a condition for participation.
Even if you have won a ticket (and made the payment), if you have canceled your fan club membership on the day of the performance,
Entry will be denied if it is not continued.
Entry will proceed in the following order: confirmation of wearing a non-woven mask, hand sanitization, temperature check (non-contact), and ticket verification.
(Changes may occur due to the weather on the day.)
・Each person will need to receive one electronic ticket before entering the venue.
Please make sure to print and distribute your e-tickets in advance.
If distribution cannot be made to companions, then distribution is not necessary. However, we kindly ask that everyone enters together.
Distribution to individuals other than those registered as companions at the reception is not permitted.
Please line up while maintaining a certain distance.
To prevent infection, the smoking areas in the venue will be closed. Also, please note that re-entry is not permitted.
- There are a limited number of toilets within the venue and they may be crowded.
If possible, please use the toilet before coming to the venue.
Due to COVID-19 infection control measures, we are unable to hold your luggage. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, only official merchandise may be used within the venue.
Non-official penlights, as well as self-made fans and support boards, are prohibited.

The capacity is set in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the regulations established by the venue.
Please be sure to enjoy the performance from your own seat. It is fine to stand while watching.
After the performance, we will implement a regulated exit to alleviate congestion.
Please sit and wait there until staff provides guidance.
If you feel unwell at the venue, please do not push yourself and promptly inform the staff.

Please refrain from eating inside the venue. Additionally, when drinking, please avoid talking without a mask and promptly wear your mask again.
