For the "BIG LOVE Fan Meeting ~Love M!LK?~" Gifu performance, ticket holders will be able to pre-purchase and pick up official merchandise at the venue!

To help reduce congestion at the merchandise counter on the day of the performance, we encourage those purchasing merchandise to pick up at the venue!

*The venue will be closed for the entire day.

* Advance purchases are only available to those who have tickets for the relevant performance.
*If you purchase the product without a ticket, you will not be able to pick it up at the venue. (Your ticket will be checked at the entrance to the pick-up booth.) We ask that customers without a ticket refrain from using the service.
*Products eligible for advance purchase and venue pickup will be sold with priority given to those who purchase in advance and pick up at the venue.
On the day of the performance, items will be sold at the venue sales booth after the "Advance Purchase/At-venue Pickup" reception has ended, and only items that are in stock will be sold. If the number of items available is limited or if all items are sold out, there may be no sales on the day. Please note.
*When purchasing, please be sure to select a slot that allows you to pick up your ticket at the venue. Please check the advance purchase website for detailed pick-up times.
※If you miss the designated pickup time for the reserved venue, please be aware that you may incur a delivery fee at a later date.
*The venue will have a limited number of seats available for collection on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, the number of items available for sale is limited.

Advance purchases starting from 8/24 (Saturday) will be for venue pickup. This is not for home delivery.
A venue pickup fee of 220 yen (including tax) will be charged.

<How to purchase in advance and pick up at the venue>
1. Add the desired product to your cart and select the time you would like to receive it on the order process screen.
To use the venue pickup and advance application service, please log in with your 'Plus member ID' or the email address linked to your 'Plus member ID'.
Customers who have not yet registered for a 'Plus member ID' should register before making a purchase.
Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.
●If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.
●If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is the "order date" plus "within one day."
If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system, so please place the order again.
If you place an order on the closing date, please be aware of the payment deadline.

②Pick up at the venue on the day of the performance
Please prepare the following two items and collect your items at the designated collection counter within the venue during the selected time.
The QR code displayed on the 'Purchase History Detail Page' within 'MY PAGE'.
2. Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)
*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is required to receive your item.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please be sure to select a time when you can receive the item. Please note that if the time frame for receiving the item at the venue you applied for has passed, delivery may be required at a later date for which a fee will be charged.
●Please note that products that have been pre-ordered for "venue pickup" cannot be picked up at the "venue sales" counter.
If you would like to purchase existing merchandise, please purchase it at the regular sales register. You can also use both "venue pickup" and "venue sales".

●If you arrive close to the end of the reception period for the selected collection slot, or depending on the collection situation on the day, we may not be able to collect your item within the time limit. We ask for your understanding. We recommend that you arrive at the opening time of collection.
●Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's availability.
●If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to collect your package by the specified time, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions and guidance.
●Please keep your order number handy when you make your purchase. We will ask you for your name and order number when you collect your order on the day.
●Pickup at the venue is limited to the person who placed the order.
●Please make sure to check that the items and quantities match when you receive them. We cannot address any discrepancies in the items once you have left the pickup area, so please be careful.
●Only customers who wish to purchase goods may line up at the pick-up counter. If you have companions, please meet them outside.

<<If you have purchased in advance/not received the product at the venue>>
If you are unable to collect your item within the selected pick-up slot, it will be delivered to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date.
●Product shipping date: Shipped sequentially within one month of the performance date
●Shipping address: The "shipping address" registered when ordering
●Shipping: Shipping will be cash on delivery.

*For Okinawa and remote islands, the shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee 1,100 yen [Total 3,080 yen]
●We do not accept any cancellations after payment has been made.
If you place multiple orders and any of the products have not been received, they cannot be combined into a single shipment. Shipping fees and handling charges will apply for each order.
●If the shipping fee is revised, the revised fee will apply. Please note in advance.
