To commemorate the release of the major second album "M!X", an in-store event will be held in Fukuoka!

This in-store event will be a "trading card distribution event" (hereinafter referred to as the event) with two members who will be present.

Customers who make a full prepayment for the eligible products at HMV & BOOKS HAKATA will be entered into a lottery for an invitation to the event.

<Event Details>

This will be a "trading card handover event" with two members and one customer.

Only one trading card will be given out from either of the members.

*The design of the trading card is limited to one type, which is a group design.

 

<How to Participate>

On February 10, 2025 (Monday) at 10:00 AM, those who reserve designated products at the HMV & BOOKS HAKATA counter will be entered into an immediate lottery, and 150 winners of the A prize will be invited.

 

Prize A: Event participation ticket (2/18 at HMV & BOOKS HAKATA)

Prize B: One random member 'solo trading card' from five types.

 

Before making a reservation, please present a 'photo ID'. If you win the A prize, we will provide you with an 'event participation ticket' with your name (full name) written on it as it appears on the 'photo ID'.

On the day of the event, you must present your 'event participation ticket' with your full name along with a 'photo ID'. If you are unable to provide these, you will be denied entry.

You can participate in the lottery once for each full prepayment reservation of the designated products for the event below.

The maximum number of reservations per accounting transaction is limited to 20 tickets.

*Customers who are elementary school students or older are required to have one 'event participation ticket' per person.

*The event will end as soon as the line breaks.

 

The lottery will end as soon as the A prize is no longer available.

*Gathering and lining up before the store opens is not permitted. Staff will guide you to line up once the store opens, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in not gathering until then. Please refrain from waiting or forming lines in the store and surrounding area before lining up begins.

*Payments for reservations will only be accepted at the HMV & BOOKS HAKATA cash register.

You can choose to receive your product either by picking it up at HMV&BOOKS HAKATA or by delivery.

Payment methods are cash and credit card (shipping fee of 900 yen is cash only).

*Various points, store campaigns are not applicable, and any discounts from coupons are completely prohibited.

*For shipping orders, an additional fee of 900 yen will be charged for every 20 items purchased in a single transaction. Shipping fees are cash only.

*Even if multiple purchases are made, we cannot consolidate the delivery cards.

*The registration of reserved items for delivery must be done from your smartphone, including the delivery address and other details.*

*Regarding the delivery of products, it will be delivered approximately one week after the release date.

*Changes, cancellations, and refusals to accept are not allowed after payment confirmation.

 

<About receiving your product>

Product reservation period: Expected to arrive around the evening of March 4 (Tuesday) – for 2 weeks [until March 18, 2025 (Tuesday)]

*When picking up products at the store, it will be in exchange for the product reservation ticket. If lost, we will not be able to hand it over under any circumstances.

*The parking service can only be used with the receipt from the day of payment. The parking ticket service does not apply for just picking up.*

*Please note that we cannot return the item to you after the reservation period has expired. In that case, we will not refund the purchase price.

Entry to the venue will be granted in the order of the numbers listed on the 'event participation ticket'.

*The gathering time is stated on your "Event Participation Ticket," so please be sure not to be late and follow the instructions of the staff when lining up.

Please be sure to gather at the meeting time specified on your 'event participation ticket.' We kindly ask that you refrain from arriving too early on the day, as it may inconvenience other customers.

Please note that if the "event participation ticket" is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will not be reissued.

*All expenses including transportation to the event venue and accommodation fees will be borne by the winner.

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled, there will be no changes, so please understand this in advance.

*All photographing, recording and filming of artists using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited.

*Bringing dangerous items (such as knives or items that may cause injury to the human body) into the venue is prohibited.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only participate in the event if you are able to accept this.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Due to space limitations at the event venue, we ask that you store large items in a coin locker or similar facility in advance. We cannot store luggage at the event venue.

*Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from the staff at the venue on the day. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave. Please be aware of this before participating.

Please refrain from handing gifts and fan letters directly to the person. We are also unable to accept them for safekeeping at the venue.

*Due to the artist's circumstances or weather conditions, the content may be changed or the event itself may be canceled.

*Please note that we will not offer refunds for any products purchased during the event. In the event of a defective product, we will exchange it for a good product.
