Individual Member 2-Shot Photo Session (hereinafter referred to as the Photo Session)

*It is not possible to specify poses or expressions for the members.

Additionally, the act of having members carry or wear items is prohibited, and customers are also prohibited from holding items during photography.

You may bring in sticky notes or name tags that contain supportive messages, as long as they are not decorated or embellished.

*This event will be a two-shot photo session, so we cannot accept solo shots with just the member.

Regarding the members' poses, we will inform you on the day through M!LK's official social media.

Regarding mask-wearing during the photo shoot and while waiting in line, it will be left to individual discretion; however, conversations during the special event will be prohibited.

*The two-shot photo session will be conducted using the customer's own mobile phone (including smartphones) by the staff. Photography using camera apps other than the standard ones, tablets, or other recording devices (such as digital cameras), as well as the use of flash or photography assistance equipment, is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.*

*You will be required to take photos from the designated position specified by the management. If you wish to take photos in any other manner, there is a possibility that you will be denied permission to take photos altogether.

One event participation ticket (hereinafter referred to as 'participation ticket') allows one person to participate in the event.

Participation tickets will be exchanged at the venue on the day of the event. For more details, please check the participation method below.

*During the special event, any contact, such as handshakes or high-fives, is prohibited.

*Please note that if you have multiple participation tickets for the photo session, photos will be taken multiple times in a combined total (looping photos, etc. are prohibited).

The photo session will end as soon as the line breaks for each part. If you arrive after the reception closing time, you may not be able to participate in the photo session even if you have a participation ticket.

*To participate, you will need to provide a photo ID as specified by the organizers, so please check the details below and bring it with you.

The purchase limit for each product in the cart is one set per department and per member per transaction.

Under no circumstances will cancellations or returns of products, or changes to participation tickets be accepted.

*Additional shipping fees will be charged. A shipping cost of 770 yen (including tax) will apply for each order.

■How to participate in the event

Customers who made reservations or purchases through VOS will receive details about event participation via email and in the 'Notifications for You' section of their My Page after 5:00 PM on February 26 (Wednesday).

(2) On the day of the event, when reception begins, please present the following items for each session.

The "registration QR code" mentioned in the "event notice" sent on February 25 (Tuesday).

*Only the person who purchased the ticket can participate in the event.

*On the day, admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please be aware that the order completion email may have been received in your spam folder, so please check carefully.

 

(3) At the time of reception, we will hand you the participation ticket for the target member (individual two-shot photo session participation ticket). After receiving it, please follow the instructions of the staff in order, and we will guide you to the event venue.

 

＜Notes when checking in＞

*If you are participating in multiple sessions, please come to the reception time for the session you are participating in, as registration will be done separately for each session. (It is not possible to register for multiple sessions at the same time.)

Customers who purchase the M!LK set (which includes a two-shot photo with all members) are requested to read the "guidance email" carefully after purchase and to make sure to exchange it within the reception time of the first part.

(Please note that the opportunity to take two-shot photos with individual members is distributed randomly across all parts from 1 to 4, and therefore, the participation tickets do not allow customers to choose the part they wish to participate in.)

If you arrive late and cannot participate in the first part, please understand.

*Participation tickets exchanged on the day cannot be reissued.

*Please note that preschool children cannot participate alone or with their companions.

*Participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*Resale, transfer, exchange, etc. of participation tickets are strictly prohibited.

*Please be sure to arrive within the reception time of the section you selected when purchasing. If you are unable to arrive within the reception time, you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason.

<About photo identification documents>

When participating in the event, the winner must bring one of the following items (1) to (7) as their original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not acceptable) as specified by the organizer.

Please note that any other form of identification is invalid for any reason. (Only original documents are valid.)

*Winning rights cannot be sold, bought or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be barred from participating in any future M!LK-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.

*If there is a clear discrepancy between your identity and the photo on your ID, and the proof cannot be made clear by other identification documents, staff may refuse entry at their discretion. Please be sure to bring your own "designated ID with photo".

*If the address you entered when applying does not match the address on your identity card, you will be denied entry. Please make sure that your identity card matches the address you entered when applying before coming to the event.

*You will not be able to participate if you present any other identification with a photo other than the above ``photo identification document,'' such as a special skills license, temporary driver's license, employee ID, or health insurance card.

Please be sure to prepare one of the photo ID documents specified above (1) to (7).

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

*If you are a foreign national, please make sure to bring your passport so that your identity can be clearly identified.

*All identification documents that have expired cannot be accepted.

If you do not have any of these documents, or if the details do not match those of the person who placed the order, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason.

Please note that you will not be able to participate if you have lost or forgotten your "Participation Notice" or "Photo ID" or have any other deficiencies.

In this case, we will not cover transportation costs, etc.

 

<Notes on identity verification>

・When verifying your identity, we will check your identity against a designated photo ID issued by a public institution etc.

It is prohibited to confirm your identity when your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish.

If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.

・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated identification cards with photo from among 【1】 to 【7】 specified above.

- Anyone other than the person who purchased the ticket may not participate for any reason.

-If you are a minor, please be sure to read this together with your guardian and obtain their understanding and consent before participating.

・Please contact each public institution to inquire about the time and cost required to issue a "designated photo ID" issued by the public institution.

・Please prepare a designated photo ID issued by a public institution well in advance of the day of the event. We cannot accept requests that are not issued in time.

・If we are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or an incomplete identification document, you will be denied participation.

・Please note that if any fraudulent conduct such as forging designated identification or replacing photos is discovered, you will be barred from participating in any future events.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*If a parent or guardian accompanies the child, the parent or guardian will be asked to wait outside the venue.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.

*In order to ensure a smooth event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please be aware of this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before joining the reception waiting line.

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents of performers, transportation outages, or equipment problems at the venue, the event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, location, or content of the event may be changed. Even in these cases, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses.

*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in the release commemorative event. The event itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

*Please note that the organizers will not take any responsibility for any loss or accidents of customers' belongings.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.
