■How to participate in the event

*Each "Event Participation Ticket" will allow one person who pre-purchased the product to participate in the event.

Customers who purchase the applicable product will be provided with a QR code for reception in the "Event Reception Barcode" section of their My Page.

*Please note that there will be no notification via email, so please check your personal page for confirmation.

 

(1) On the day of the event, when the reception opens for each session, please present both 1 and 2 below.

＜Notes when checking in＞

*If you are participating in multiple sessions, please come to the reception time for the session you are participating in, as registration will be done separately for each session. (It is not possible to register for multiple sessions at the same time.)

*Participation tickets exchanged on the day cannot be reissued.

*Please note that preschool children cannot participate alone or with their companions.

*Participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

*Resale, transfer, exchange, etc. of participation tickets are strictly prohibited.

<About photo identification documents>

When participating in the event, the winner must bring one of the following items (1) to (7) as their original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not acceptable) as specified by the organizer.

Please note that any other form of identification is invalid for any reason. (Only original documents are valid.)

*Winning rights cannot be sold, bought or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be barred from participating in any future M!LK-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.

*If there is a clear discrepancy between your identity and the photo on your ID, and the proof cannot be made clear by other identification documents, staff may refuse entry at their discretion. Please be sure to bring your own "designated ID with photo".

*If the address you entered when applying does not match the address on your identity card, you will be denied entry. Please make sure that your identity card matches the address you entered when applying before coming to the event.

<Notes on identity verification>

■Notes

*There are no power outlets or power sources at the venue. Please consider bringing a mobile battery or charger in advance.

*Any contact, such as handshakes or high-fives, is prohibited during the event.

*The event will end as soon as the line ends. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have an "event participation ticket."

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*If a parent or guardian accompanies the child, the parent or guardian will be asked to wait outside the venue.

<Part 1-3/Individual member talk session>

*Participants bringing fans, boards, etc. are not permitted.

*You may bring in sketchbooks, notebooks, copy paper, and sticky notes that are not decorated and have messages of support written on them.

*Even if you have multiple event tickets, you will participate one at a time (in a loop). Please note that the instructions may change depending on the progress of the event. If you have multiple tickets for the same member, please participate as soon as possible.

 

<Part 4-6 / Individual member photo session>

*It is not possible to specify poses or expressions for the members.
Additionally, the act of having members carry or wear items is prohibited, and customers are also prohibited from holding items during photography.

*You are free to choose your own pose, but if the staff deems it inappropriate, we will ask you to change the pose immediately.
You may bring in sticky notes or name tags that contain supportive messages, as long as they are not decorated or embellished.
*This event will be a two-shot photo session, so we cannot accept solo shots with just the member.
*Conversation is prohibited during the special event.
*The two-shot photo session will be conducted using the customer's own mobile phone (including smartphones) by the staff. Photography using camera apps other than the standard ones, tablets, or other recording devices (such as digital cameras), as well as the use of flash or photography assistance equipment, is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.*
*You will be required to take photos from the designated position specified by the management. If you wish to take photos in any other manner, there is a possibility that you will be denied permission to take photos altogether.

*Please note that if you have multiple participation tickets for the photo session, photos will be taken multiple times in a combined total (looping photos, etc. are prohibited).

 

"Prohibited Items"
