*If you have not received the email with the event registration QR code by Friday, September 26th, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the form below.

*If the QR code is not displayed correctly, please inform the reception at the venue on the day.

(2) On the day of the event, when reception begins, please present the following items for each session.

*Only the person who purchased the ticket can participate in the event. (Minors can participate if their family members purchase the tickets on their behalf.)
*On the day, admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
(3) You will be given an event participation ticket for the designated member at the reception. After receiving the ticket, a staff member will guide you to the event venue.
<Notes when checking in>
If you are participating in multiple departments, please register at the designated times for each department. (You cannot register for multiple departments at once.)
*The reception time will be stated in the email sent to winners. Please check it in advance before participating in the event.
*You will not be able to enter with a screenshot or printed version of the QR code.
*Please make sure your smartphone is connected to the Internet before presenting it to staff.
*Please note that preschool children cannot participate alone or with their companions.
*QR codes and event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

<About photo identification documents>
When participating in the event, the winner must bring one of the following items (1) to (7) as their original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not acceptable) as specified by the organizer.

*Winning rights cannot be sold, bought or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be barred from participating in any future M!LK-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.
If there is a clear discrepancy between the individual and the photo on their identification, and if other forms of identification do not clarify the situation, staff may refuse entry at their discretion. Please be sure to bring your 'photo identification'.
If the address entered at the time of application does not match the identification documents, entry will be denied. Please ensure that your identification documents match the address you provided at the time of application before attending.

<Notes on identity verification>
- During the identity verification process, we will compare it with a 'photo identification document' issued by a public institution.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.
*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.
*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.
