Details of the fan club booth for M!LK ARENA TOUR 2025-2026 "SMILE POP!" on Saturday, January 17th and Sunday, January 18th, 2026 have been decided!
We have prepared some fun events for our fan club members!

[Reception hours] 13:00-18:00 / Approximately 30 minutes after the performance ends *There is no reception during the performance.

[Reception hours] 10:00-15:00 / Approximately 30 minutes after the performance ends *There is no reception during the performance.

*During the opening hours and after the performance, communication difficulties are expected due to heavy traffic. We recommend that you visit the service before the doors open.
*The bonus can only be exchanged by those who have tickets for the relevant performance.
*Please note that reception hours may change without notice depending on the situation.

How to participate

① Scan the QR codes posted around the FC booth and inside the venue!
②Log in to the fan club site and try your luck at gacha!
3. Get the prize displayed on the screen!
*If you have won "Prize A," "Prize B," or "Prize C," please come to the fan club booth at the venue with the winning screen displayed.

 

*Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited. If it is discovered that there are multiple accounts, it will be considered fraudulent behavior, and participation will be denied.
If any fraudulent activity is discovered, the lottery event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
*Only those who have tickets for the relevant performance can participate in the lottery.
* Each member can only participate once per day. Please note that participation by anyone other than the member themselves and prize redemption by a proxy are not permitted.
* Prizes B and C can only be exchanged at the venue on the day of the performance. If you are a winner, please come to the fan club booth at the venue with the winning screen displayed. We cannot accept exchanges at a later date, so please be sure to exchange your prize on the day of the performance.
*The "Staff Check" button will be operated by staff. Please note that if you press it yourself, we will assume that the prize has already been redeemed and we will not be able to hand over the prize to you.
*Please only line up in the prize exchange queue if you wish to exchange your prize. If you have companions, please meet them outside the fan club booth area.
*We cannot accept exchanges for products other than defective products. Please note that if the prize is defective, it will only be exchanged at the venue on the day of the event.
*Secondary use, resale, unauthorized reproduction on social media, or forwarding to third parties of the raffle URL and prizes is strictly prohibited. If any such use is discovered, the fan club member will be strictly disciplined, and the "Members-Only Raffle" will be cancelled at that point. Please be sure to follow the rules.

[A Prize Notes]
*A prize, "A phone call with M!LK member after the show," will be a call from one of the members of the winner's choice after the show.
*If you win Prize A, "A phone call with M!LK member after the show," please come to the fan club booth before the show begins. Please note that we will not be able to assist you after the show has ended.
*Winners on the day must bring identification and participate after verification of their identity. Please be sure to check here for valid forms of identification. If you do not have valid identification, you may be denied participation. Please prepare in advance to participate.
*We will call you using the phone number you have registered with the fan club with the call blocking setting. The "reject call blocking" setting can be set on the phone itself or on your carrier. If you are selected to receive a call, please make sure to check in advance that the "reject call blocking" setting on the phone with your registered phone number is turned off.
*Please note that if your call is not connected due to an incomplete phone number registration or a mistake in disabling the anonymous call setting, we will not be able to call you back.

 

3New Membership/Friend Referral Campaign

On the day of the performance, members who sign up as a new member or introduce a friend will receive a special venue-exclusive gift: a visual card with voice (one randomly selected from five types)!

 

 

*The number of benefits is limited. The offer will end once the limit is reached.
*Staff will randomly hand out one of five types of "Visual Card with Voice." Please note that you cannot choose the design yourself. Please scan the printed QR code to listen to the voice.
*The voice will be available until 23:59 on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

 

- New Membership -

*Membership procedures and payments are not carried out at the FC booth. Please be sure to complete the procedures on the website in advance before coming.

After midnight on the day of the performance you plan to attend, please register as a new member on the website and complete the payment.
Those who present their "MY PAGE" at the fan club booth will receive a "visual card with voice (1 random type out of 5 types)"!

We recommend credit card payment.

*If you have selected convenience store payment, please come to the FC booth after completing your payment. Please note that re-entry may not be possible depending on the time of day.
*This offer is only available to those who join on the day of the performance they are attending. (For example, if you join on January 17th, you can only redeem your ticket at the January 17th performance.)
*Those who join on the day of the performance are eligible to redeem the benefits.
*Regular new membership benefits will be delivered at a later date.
 

- Friend referrals -

Friends who are introduced by a member and join the website on the day of the performance, as well as the person who introduced them, will receive a "Visual Card with Voice (1 of 5 types selected at random)"!

*For each new member, one existing "PREMIUM MILK" member will be referred as a friend.
*Please bring the member you are introducing to the booth with you. The person who introduced you should present their "MY PAGE" card.
*All procedures must be carried out by the individual themselves. We do not accept procedures conducted by a representative.*
*There is no limit to the number of times you can refer friends. We will give you a gift for each person you refer.
