*Children under the age of 3 can ride free of charge as long as they sit on an adult's lap. However, if a seat is required, a ticket is required.

*In the family seats, both adults and children must be seated while watching the show.
*Standing while viewing is prohibited.
*This seating arrangement requires that there be at least one child of junior high school age or younger and at least one adult aged 18 or older present.
*Due to the structure of the venue, seats may be across from each other in an aisle.
In the family seating area, staff may ask customers about their age.
*When you arrive, please enter together as a group. Separate entries are not permitted.*
*If the conditions are not met, even if the child is unwell or for any other reason, we will not be able to allow admission or guidance with family seat tickets. We will also not be able to refund the ticket price, so please be aware of this in advance.

*This time, applications for the same performance are limited to one per member. Even if you apply as a companion, this will already count as one application, so please refrain from applying multiple times for the same performance.
*If you are applying for two or more tickets, you will need to decide on a companion at the time of application. Also, once the application is submitted, the applicant and companion cannot be changed. We ask for your understanding. (If it is within the application period, you can change the companion by canceling your application from the My Page you registered when applying. Cancel your application, register the new companion, and then apply again.)
