[FC Members Only] Announcement of Opportunity to Attend the Audience of TV Asahi's "Music Station"

SHUNTA SONO and JYUTARO YAMANAKA are scheduled to appear on TV Asahi's "Music Station" airing on Friday, July 10th!
Therefore, we will be recruiting "PREMIUM MILK" members by lottery to attend the program recording.
Please make sure to check all the details and notes below before applying.

Due to the upcoming live broadcast, the application period is extremely short.
●Cancellations are not possible after you have been selected or on the day of your selection.
●Please be aware that canceling after winning an award, or canceling on the day of the event, will cause inconvenience to members who were not selected, other attendees, and the television station. Please read the following carefully and understand the terms before applying.
●Please only apply if you are able to attend on the day and can follow all the precautions.
●Please refrain from applying if your plans for the day are unclear or if you are applying out of curiosity.
●Members who cancel after winning or on the day of their winning will be unable to participate in any future events or programs, and this may affect the results of pre-sale tickets, etc.

　*If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be allowed to enter. Also, you will not be able to enter or leave midway through the event.

① M!LK official fan club "PREMIUM MILK" members
②Those who can definitely participate on the day
③Those who have a designated photo ID
④18 years of age or older (high school students not allowed)

■Announcement of the Winners
After 18:00 on Monday, July 6, 2026
*Only winners will receive a notification via the email address registered with "PREMIUM MILK" and in the "MY PAGE" section after 6:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2026. Those who are not selected will not be contacted.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive emails from "@sd-milk.com" in advance.

■Confirm your intention to participate
Until 13:00 on Tuesday, July 7, 2026
*If you have received a winning email, please respond by 13:00 on Tuesday, July 7th, using the dedicated form provided in the winning email and the "MY PAGE" notification.
*Please note that if you do not respond by the deadline, your winnings will be invalid.

■Announcement of alternate winners: From the evening of July 7, 2026 (Tuesday) onwards
In the unlikely event that a vacancy arises due to a withdrawal or other reasons, we may contact you regarding a lottery selection after the evening of July 7, 2026 (Tuesday).

■ Important points regarding application
Only winners are allowed to participate. The transfer of invitations to third parties, including friends and family, as well as selling or reselling invitations on platforms like X or auction sites, is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be banned from this event and any future events.
*Please note that if there are any incomplete or false information in your application, or if it is determined that the winning rights have been transferred through resale or other means, your winning will be invalid.
*Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Please also refrain from making any other direct inquiries (including X).

The information you provide will only be used for tasks related to this event and will not be used for any other purposes.

■ Regarding identity verification on the day
We will verify your identity upon entry.
Please be sure to bring the original photo ID listed below (web, photo, or copy is not acceptable). If we are unable to verify your identity for any reason, you will be denied entry.

In addition, applicants who do not have the following photo identification will not be able to apply.

My Number Card (notification cards are not accepted)

*If your passport does not have an address printed on it, you will need to bring another official document such as a resident registration card or health insurance card that can verify your current address.
* Expired items will not be accepted.
*If the photo you provide is significantly different from the actual product, you may be denied entry.
*Please note that health insurance cards (without a photo), student ID cards, and employee ID cards are not valid due to the increasing number of cases of counterfeiting and the fact that they are not official documents.
*Credit cards, commuter passes, patient registration cards, point cards, utility bill payment slips, My Number notification cards, etc. are not considered valid forms of identification.
*Please note that in some cases we may ask you to confirm several points.
*If we discover any forgery of identification documents, etc., we may report you to the police as this is a criminal act.

 

Important Notices for Viewing

Please be sure to read the following notes and apply only if you agree to them.

●There is no parking available at the venue. Please be sure to use public transportation when coming to the event. Also, all transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, and meals will be the responsibility of the participant.
●There is no luggage storage space available, so please bring only the bare minimum of belongings. (Please ensure your belongings fit in a shoulder bag, waist pouch, etc.)
●During the tour, you will need to go up and down steps and step over obstacles, so please wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers.
●We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users.
Please note that we are unable to provide services for leg injuries, including crutches.
● You will be seated in a viewing area. There is a possibility of a long wait, so we ask that those with pre-existing medical conditions that may interfere with participation, or those who are feeling unwell, refrain from attending.

● You may be asked to remove large hats that obstruct your view or overly conspicuous accessories before entering the studio. Bringing in cheering goods is prohibited. Wearing clothing such as T-shirts is permitted.
Wearing a mask is optional for participants.
●Please refrain from bringing large items that take up space and may block the camera or cause inconvenience to other viewers.
●There is a possibility that you may appear on camera during recording. If you do not want to appear on camera, please refrain from applying.
●During the live broadcast, you will not be able to enter or exit the viewing set. Due to the danger caused by set changes, you will also not be able to enter or exit the set to use the restrooms. Please use the restroom before coming.
●You cannot leave midway through the event. You may be asked to wait until a staff member tells you to leave.
●Bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Also, please do not participate under any circumstances while under the influence of alcohol. If such behavior is discovered, you will not be able to participate in this event, and will not be able to participate in future events.
●Photography, recording and filming are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing in any photography, recording or filming equipment.
●The recorded footage may be used for secondary purposes such as rebroadcasting, internet distribution, video, DVD, etc., and may also be re-edited. (Regardless of region, period, or number of times. No compensation will be charged for this.)
Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited. Please note that if you do not follow the instructions of staff, you may be forced to leave the venue.
●Please be sure to turn off your mobile phones and smartphones while inside the venue during the performance. (They may affect the audio equipment.)
●It is prohibited to disclose to third parties any information learned through watching the program, information about the content of the program, or information related to the trade secrets or privacy of third parties, regardless of the method or means, including posting it on blogs, social media, etc.
●The organizers and artists cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or thefts that occur within the venue. Please take care to manage your valuables and your health.
●On the day of the event, sit-ins and gatherings around the venue will be prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to other customers and local residents.
● Defamation of members, immoral remarks, dangerous behavior, etc. are prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, you will not only be barred from this event, but from future events as well.
