*General reserved seats and seated reserved seats are only available for sale with visitor benefits.
*Visitors will receive an automatically controlled penlight as a special gift.
*Bringing and using glow sticks and penlights other than those given as special gifts to attendees will be prohibited for this performance only.
*Visitor benefits will only be given to you upon admission on the day of the event. Please note that we will not be able to ship your items if you are unable to attend the event.
*The special gift will only be distributed on the day of the performance. Even if you have tickets for both days, the special gift will be distributed on each performance day.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
*The use of recording equipment such as cameras and voice recorders is strictly prohibited.
*One seat reservation is required per person.
*Children aged 3 and above require a seat.
*If you are in a reserved seat, you will not be able to stand up to watch the show. Please be sure to stay seated.
*The designated seating locations will vary at each venue.

*Bringing alcoholic beverages or entering the venue while drunk is prohibited. If staff determines you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Also, if you are found in the venue, you may be asked to leave immediately.
*Ticket transfer and resale are prohibited. If unauthorized ticket purchases or entry are discovered, or if other customers are found trying to resell tickets within the venue, you will be asked to leave immediately. If you see such behavior, please notify a nearby staff member or organizer.

*The use of extremely dazzling, high-intensity flashing lights, ultra orange lights, modified glow sticks, or other light sources that are too bright and intensive will be prohibited as they will disturb other customers and interfere with their viewing.
