BUDDiiS Darts Journey iiS 2024 (tentative) [Gunma performance] Notice regarding distribution of online numbered tickets for merchandise sales/CD sales at the venue

It will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at the Beisia Cultural Hall in Gunma.

For merchandise and CD sales at the venue of "BUDDiiS Darts Journey iiS 2024 (tentative title)", we will distribute merchandise tickets via the LINE app.

 

If you are using both the merchandise and CD booths, you can use both sales booths with one ticket.

Even if you are only planning to use either the goods or CD booth, we ask that you obtain a numbered ticket.

 

*Please line up in the same line for both merchandise and CD sales.

* Only those who have a ticket for this performance can purchase merchandise or a CD with a Meet & Greet lottery after the show.

*Online tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited numbers available for each slot. Once all slots are filled, sales will close.

*Serial numbers for each slot will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Goods are not reserved for each slot. Sales will begin at the start of the day, and when all goods are sold out, sales will end for that day.

[Notes regarding online numbered tickets]

* Advance sales times will be announced to those with "online numbered tickets."

*We plan to guide people without numbered tickets from 14:00 to 16:00, 30 minutes before the end of the advance sale. The time of guidance may vary depending on the accounting situation, and we may not be able to guide people without numbered tickets. Please note.

*Customers who purchase merchandise or CDs with Meet & Greet lottery tickets can only use the service if they have tickets for the corresponding performance. Tickets will also be checked at the entrance.

*Each person may only purchase one numbered ticket per performance.

*Those who use the advance sale will need one numbered ticket per person. Multiple people cannot enter with one numbered ticket.

*Numbered tickets do not guarantee that merchandise will be in stock. (CDs will be sold on a pre-order basis.)

*Goods are not reserved for each slot. They are sold in order from the start of the sale, and when they are sold out, the sale ends for that day. Even if you have a numbered ticket, the item you want to purchase may not be in stock. We recommend that you select an earlier time slot.

*Please note that customers who do not have a smartphone (including tablet) or the LINE app cannot apply for the advance first-come, first-served basis.

* Obtaining a numbered ticket is free.

 

[For those who have obtained an online numbered ticket]

*Numbered tickets are only valid on the day of purchase.

* Notifications will be made in the order of the serial numbers displayed on your ticket.

*The serial number being called will be displayed on the ticket, so please be sure to check your serial number and calling status and refer to it when coming to the sales area.

*When you are able to enter, you will be notified via LINE and a QR code will be displayed, so please show it to a staff member.

(You will not be able to enter before the QR code is displayed)

*When lining up, please check the numbers of those in front and behind you.

* We will guide you in order, but after the sales start, depending on the accounting situation, you may be called earlier than the time you applied or your guide may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please note that if you are late for your number being called, you will be asked to line up at the end of the line when you arrive at the venue.

* Accompanying persons who do not have the QR code for the numbered ticket will not be allowed entry.

*Numbered tickets cannot be transferred or resold. If any fraud is found, you will be denied entry to the merchandise sales area.

*Entry by just showing a screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted.

*Depending on the accounting situation, we may guide those without tickets after the available slots have been filled.

*The advance sale start time may change depending on the situation.
