We would like to provide you with the details of the release event to be held on Saturday, August 24.
Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.
We look forward to seeing you all there!

 

It will be a very hot time of year, so when participating in the event, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by drinking plenty of water. If you feel unwell, please feel free to ask a nearby staff member for help.
Please note that the event may be changed or canceled at short notice due to policies of the government, local governments, facilities, etc.
We will keep you updated on members' attendance status.
The final participating members will be announced at 7:00 p.m. the day before the event, but the participating members may change depending on future circumstances.

[Event Details]
Mini live show & special event
*A special event will be held after the mini live for those who reserve (and pay in full in advance) the target product "UtopiiA (Limited First Edition/Regular Edition)" at the venue on the day.
*A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini live performance, allowing you to see the event from closer up.
In addition, we will be holding a "TRiiAL Buddy Campaign" for this event, where you can invite a friend and enter the priority area together. For more information, please see [About the TRiiAL Buddy Campaign] below.
Please note that there is a limited number of priority viewing area admission tickets available and they may run out while you are waiting in line.
※The mini live is free for anyone to watch, but only in the designated free space at the venue. Viewing in areas other than the designated area is not permitted. Please note that there is a limit to the space at the venue, so restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation.
*The venue is outdoors. In case of rain, you will not be able to view the concert with an umbrella, so please bring your own raincoat. Please note that parasols cannot be used during the mini live concert.

[About the TRiiAL Buddy Campaign]
In order to further expand the circle of buddies, we invite new customers to come to the release event with their "TRiiAL buddies"!
If you come with a TRiiAL buddy and have your existing buddy purchase the first limited edition, you will receive the following bonus items.

Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket
When you purchase the CD, both your existing buddy and your TRiiAL buddy will be given a numbered ticket for admission to the priority viewing area.
*When you purchase the CD, both of you will be given a wristband.
*There is a limited number of tickets available in the priority viewing area. Please note that distribution will end as soon as the maximum number of tickets is reached while you are waiting in line.
TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Event Participation Ticket
Both existing buddies and TRiiAL buddies will receive tickets to the TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Party.
*When you purchase the CD, both of you will be given a wristband.
*TRiiAL buddies can participate by wearing the "TRiiAL sash" prepared by the organizers. (Wearing it is optional.)
Clear trading card (randomly selected from 10 types)
You will receive one clear trading card each for your existing buddy and your TRiiAL buddy.
*The design will be changed over time.

*Those who wish to purchase a numbered ticket for the priority viewing area must purchase the first limited edition regardless of whether they are participating in the TRiiAL Buddy Campaign or not. Customers who line up alone and purchase the first limited edition will receive one numbered ticket for the priority viewing area, two tickets to the TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Party, and two random clear trading cards.
*The number of tickets available in the priority viewing area is limited. Distribution will end as soon as the maximum number of tickets is reached while you are waiting in line. After that, only TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Party participation tickets and clear trading cards will be distributed.
*Customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" or who wish to purchase additional CDs will be notified after the mini live ends.
Please note that we may not be able to sell additional CDs, so we recommend that those who wish to purchase CDs apply for a "CD purchase ticket."



[How to participate in the event]
In order to ease congestion at the CD purchase counter at this release event, we will be introducing a "CD purchase ticket" system that requires a lottery to be applied for in advance using the LINE app. In addition, for the "priority viewing area admission ticket," a wristband will be attached to your wrist.

On the day of the event, those with a CD purchase ticket will be served in order of their ticket number starting at 9:00 AM (scheduled) at the special CD sales booth near the Toyosuna Park special stage (in front of Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin). Customers who purchase the specified products will receive wristbands in the order of their arrival, as detailed below.
■Numbered ticket for admission to the priority viewing area → One ticket will be given for every first limited edition purchased (Customers participating in the TRiiAL Buddy Campaign will receive a numbered ticket for admission to the priority viewing area for their TRiiAL buddy along with the customer who makes the purchase.
■ TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Party Participation Ticket → One ticket will be given to each customer who purchases one of the first limited editions during the TRiiAL Buddy Campaign, and to each TRiiAL buddy (plus a clear trading card will be given to each person as a bonus)
■ Farewell party participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each regular edition purchase
■Ticket for the side story session → 3 regular edition tickets will be given to one member of your choice

*There are multiple special event participation tickets available, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.
* Upon purchase, a wristband with each bonus item will be placed on your wrist.
*If you would like to purchase a ticket to participate in the writing session, please select your ticket at the register when purchasing, as the tickets are different for each member. Please note that the number is limited and it is first come first served.
*Please note that there are a limited number of "priority viewing area admission tickets." They may not be given to all holders of "CD purchase tickets."
*When purchasing a CD, please line up only with the person who will be purchasing the CD. (Children and those eligible for the "TRiiAL Buddy Campaign" can line up together.)

<About CD reservations>
・Pre-ordered items can be picked up in store or delivered.
・Reservations cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
・We will announce the maximum number of tickets that can be reserved per transaction on the day of the event. Please note that this is set to allow as many customers as possible to participate.
-On the day of the event, customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" or who wish to purchase additional tickets will be informed after the mini live has ended.

<Payment methods for products>
・The accepted payment methods are cash/credit card/electronic money only. Various coupons/point cards/gift certificates cannot be used. Additionally, the partnered parking service is not applicable.
・Refunds, product changes, and returns are not possible after purchase. Defective products will be exchanged for good products.

<About product delivery>
A separate shipping fee of 700 yen will be charged nationwide.
If the name, address, and phone number are the same, consolidated shipping is also available.
For more details, please check at the venue on the day.
-Please note that depending on the shipping situation, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for the product to arrive.
・Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations, refunds, or changes to the specifications of reserved products after the reservation has been made.

<About receiving products in store>
The start date for receiving products is scheduled for after September 17, 2024 (Tuesday). Please be aware that there may be delays in the start of receiving due to delivery logistics.
The reservation period for the product is 4 weeks from the release date, until the store closes on Monday, October 14.
・Once the reservation period has ended, the item cannot be returned. Please note that in this case, no refunds will be given.

★About the priority viewing area★
*Please arrive punctually at the meeting place and time posted at the venue.
*For each "priority viewing area admission ticket," one person will be admitted in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
*Regardless of the number of tickets purchased, only one "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be given to each person per transaction. You cannot reserve multiple tickets at once for companions who will arrive later. However, those who are eligible for the "TRiiAL Buddy Campaign" will be given "priority viewing area admission tickets" until distribution ends.
*The serial numbers for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be random and will not be based on the order of purchase.
*To enter the priority viewing area, each person aged elementary school or older will need one "priority viewing area admission ticket."

* Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker before coming. Please note that customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please note that the number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.
*Priority viewing area admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*If you are entering with a companion, you will be admitted according to the back number. However, TRiiAL buddies who have a "priority viewing area admission ticket" can enter with their existing buddies.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.

★About the Kids Space★
On the day, a kids' space will be set up within the viewing area.
Customers who wish to attend the event will be given priority for customers with a "priority viewing area admission ticket," and up to one child under elementary school age and a guardian will be admitted. The event will be closed once the capacity is reached.
*Please note that the kids' space is limited, so the number of people we can accommodate is also limited.
*Parents must also sit in the kids' area to watch the performance.

▼Notes regarding viewing the mini live show
*Viewing the exhibition from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited in any area of the venue.
*During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details. Also, if any trouble occurs between customers, please resolve it between the parties involved, and please note that the management and organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from bringing in items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. Please note that if staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.

▼Notes regarding TRiiAL Buddy Farewell and Farewell Parties
*The event will be held with a long table between you and the members.
*The farewell party will be conducted in a manner that requires participants to keep walking within the space, so please keep moving forward without stopping.
*You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call your name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.
*Participants holding fans, boards, or other objects in their hands are not permitted.
*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "farewell party participation ticket" will be required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
*TRiiAL Buddies will be provided with a release event exclusive "TRiiAL sash." They will be available at the entrance, so please wear the sash when participating. They will be collected at the exit of the farewell party.

▼Notes about the writing session
*The message-writing event is a special event where you can give a message (postcard) directly to the member of your choice. Please take this opportunity to write down your passionate thoughts and deliver them directly to the person in question!
*If you wish to attend the event, staff will hand out two postcards to you at the sales booth when you pre-order the CD: one with BUDDiiS logo and one with the UtopiiA release event limited design (one group design).
*The only thing you can give to a member is a postcard, and you can only give one postcard per person. Please note that we cannot accept letters in envelopes.
*You may use the design of the postcard with your message that we will give you when you make your reservation, or you may prepare one yourself, but the size must be within reasonable limits (a regular postcard size of 100 x 148 mm, and the thickness must not exceed 0.22 mm).
*Please bring your own pens etc. to write your message at the venue on the day. Please note that they will not be available at the venue.
*The event will be held with a desk between you and the members.
*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "Handwriting Session Participation Ticket" will be required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again, and if you would like to receive postcards, please prepare the necessary number of postcards.
*You can participate without receiving the postcard.

▼Notes regarding special events and other events in general
*All event participation tickets will be wristbands. They will be attached to your wrist immediately upon purchase.
*Please be careful when using the wristband as it will become invalid if it breaks or is removed even once.

*Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.
*Viewing the exhibition from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited in any area of the venue.
*Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate any of the special events due to the health of the members on the day. Please note that the special events are held solely to show our appreciation to those who have purchased our products, and as a general rule, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.
*Please note that if the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*Special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*As soon as preparations are complete, we will start in the following order: TRiiAL Buddy Farewell Party → Farewell Party → Scribble Session. The contents of the special events may change. Please check the progress of the event as in-house staff guide you. Please be sure to check the number of special tickets you have on hand so that you do not use any left over or miss out on participating.
*Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.
*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.
*During the mini live or special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If there is anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details. Also, if any trouble occurs between customers, please resolve it between the parties involved, and please note that the management and organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Due to operational reasons, when putting on wristbands and attending the special event, staff who have taken precautions against infection and disinfected their hands may touch your shoulders, arms, luggage, etc. to guide you. Please only participate in the special event if you agree to this.
*Please note that we will refuse entry to customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or customers with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
*If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
*Please note that depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event, so please understand in advance.

[Notes]
*Please note that we will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.
*In the event of rain, viewing the event with an umbrella will be prohibited. We ask for your cooperation in bringing rain gear such as a raincoat in advance.
*During the event, the use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited when watching from the seats in front of the stage.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
*Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move away.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please note that customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement at the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Please be considerate of the customers behind you and do not hold towels, fans, etc. higher than shoulder height.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
*The event time may vary slightly.
*Please refrain from bringing in any photographic or recording equipment. Photography, recording, and filming are strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.
*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect your event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) and you will be prohibited from attending the event and all future events at the event venue.
*Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer. In addition, even if the event is canceled or postponed, transportation and accommodation costs will not be compensated.
*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.
*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please refrain from watching the event while standing on venue equipment such as benches.
*The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.
*The venue is outdoors. Please wear clothes that can withstand changing weather conditions and take good care of your health. If you are not feeling well, please notify a nearby staff member immediately.
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is prohibited.
 
If you fail to follow the above precautions, the event may be canceled.
