We hope that everyone can enjoy the event with peace of mind as we approach the actual event day.

Please be sure to read the following before attending.

 

[Requests for visitors]

・If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending.

 

[About support goods]

・Unofficial penlights and light items such as modified glow sticks other than the official merchandise for this performance and the official merchandise of each group,

Please note that the use of handmade fans and message boards is prohibited.

Please note that if we find any such behavior, our staff will warn you.

・When using a penlight, please hold it at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.

Also, please be careful not to drop the penlight by attaching the strap to your hand.

 

[Regarding admission]

・We may ask you to verify your identity upon entry.

Please be sure to bring your ID (copies not accepted, only the original is valid).

・Each person will need to receive one electronic ticket before entering the venue.

Please make sure to print and distribute your e-tickets in advance.

If you are unable to share tickets with your companions, you do not need to share them. However, please make sure that you all enter together.

- There are a limited number of toilets within the venue and they may be crowded.

If possible, please use the toilet before coming to the venue.

・We are unable to store any luggage for you. Please use coin lockers nearby or at the station.

・It is expected to be hot on the day of the performance. Please take measures against the heat such as drinking plenty of water.

Please take special care to avoid heatstroke and sunburn, especially when waiting outside to enter.

If you feel unwell, please inform a member of staff nearby.

 

[Requests and other precautions when viewing]

-Photographing the stage is prohibited while the doors are open, during the performance, or after the performance has ended.

・Please make sure to watch from your seat. You may stand during the performance.

*Family (car) seats are seats where you must sit to watch; standing is prohibited.

・If you begin to feel unwell at the venue, do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff.

・Drinking alcohol inside the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

If you see any customers drinking alcohol, please inform staff.

・We will not accept any gifts such as flowers or letters of congratulations from customers.

・Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave.

・After the performance, we may regulate exits to ease congestion.

 

The above precautions may be subject to change depending on the situation at the time of the event.
