You can participate in the Meet & Greet event after the show.

*Please be sure to bring a government-issued ID with you as we will be conducting identity verification on the day of the event. If you do not bring your ID, you will be denied participation for any reason.

*We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or changes to order details or delivery methods due to customer convenience. Please make sure to have the appropriate identification ready before making a purchase.

*This product requires a full deposit before ordering. Please confirm and understand the details of the full deposit before placing your order.

*Cancellations cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.

*You can only purchase up to 10 items per transaction. If you wish to purchase 11 or more items, please make separate purchases.

*For the Meet & Greet Event Lottery, you will receive one entry for each product you purchase. If you purchase multiple products, you will receive multiple entries for the lottery.

*If you purchase multiple items, you may win multiple items depending on the situation.

*In addition to the product price, a shipping and handling fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide.

*If for any reason you are unable to confirm the winning display on your My Page, you will not be able to participate in the event on the day.

* Only one winner may participate per winning notification. (One winner may bring up to one preschool child or infant.)

*The winning rights are only valid for the person who purchased the ticket. Please note that the rights cannot be transferred to other people, including family members, for any reason.

*Please be sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you as we will be conducting identity checks on the day of the event. If you do not have a photo ID, you will be denied entry.

*If your official identification does not have a photo, we will ask you to show two official forms of identification that can verify your name.

*Photocopies will not be considered "official identification documents" for any reason. Please bring the original.

*Identity will be verified based on the information registered as a Lawson WEB member and your ID. If there is a mismatch or there are any deficiencies, you will be denied entry.

*If you do not have the appropriate "official identification," you will be denied entry.

*Personal information of applicants and winners will be collected jointly by Lawson Entertainment and the organizer of this event, SDR Co., Ltd. Such personal information will be used for the lottery and operation of this event, as well as for the purposes of use announced by Lawson Entertainment or SDR Co., Ltd.

*The end time of the meet and greet is not yet determined. If you are unable to return home by public transport, we cannot guarantee transportation or accommodation costs.

*Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances, the performers may be changed, the event may be canceled, or the content may be changed.

*Please note that you cannot give gifts or fan letters directly to the members.

*During the Meet & Greet event, staff may touch customers' bodies or luggage to guide them. Please only participate if you are able to accept this.

*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the winner.

*In the event of severe weather such as typhoons, strong winds, or thunderstorms, the event may be suspended or canceled without notice.

*Please refrain from staying up all night or gathering near the venue from early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to the local neighborhood.

*Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Please take care to keep your valuables safe. The organizers and performers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or theft.

*Resale, transfer, or listing at auction etc. is prohibited under any circumstances.

*Bringing devices for the purpose of recording, filming, or taking pictures to the performance or meet & greet venue is prohibited. If this is discovered, we will take the device in question and erase the filming, recording, or video data on the spot.

*Abusive language towards artists and immoral comments are prohibited.

*If any of the above prohibited actions are discovered, we will force close the event and deny you future participation. Therefore, please only apply if you have time after the show.

*Please follow the instructions and warnings of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions, the event may be interrupted or canceled, or certain customers may be denied participation.

*Please note that footage of the event may be used on the artist's official website, official SNS, official video site, and other media designated by the artist.

We ask for your cooperation in the following matters regarding event management.

・Members may be asked to wear masks on the day.

・Customers attending the event may be asked to wear a mask, so please be sure to bring one with you.

・Those who are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain and are concerned about their health will not be able to participate.

・If you appear to be unwell, our staff may contact you and restrict your participation in the event. Also, if you start to feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and immediately inform a nearby staff member.

*Transfers to other venues due to customer convenience are not possible.

・Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.
