Official merchandise will be on sale at the "BUDDiiS vol.08 Nippon Budokan - UtopiiA -" concert to be held on Friday, September 6th and Saturday, September 7th, 2024!
For those with applicable tickets, we will be offering a pre-purchase and on-site pickup option for official merchandise that can be picked up at the venue!
To help reduce congestion at the merchandise counter on the day of the performance, we encourage those purchasing merchandise to pick up at the venue!
Additionally, merchandise featuring the new visual will be available for sale at the venue, including T-shirts designed by SEIYA!
There's a lot to choose from, including the familiar acrylic stands, easy-to-use tote bags, and random acrylic keys with a frosted glass look.
In addition, the BUDDiiS members have been turned into cute mini characters☆
The first merchandise we will be selling will be acrylic key chains and PVC pouches that are convenient for storing small items!

※Advance purchase is available only to those who have tickets for the relevant performance.
If you do not have a ticket or if you purchased a ticket for a different performance, you will not be able to pick it up at the venue. (Tickets will be checked at the entrance of the pickup booth.) We kindly ask customers without tickets to refrain from using this service.
*Products eligible for advance purchase and venue pickup will be sold with priority given to those who purchase in advance and pick up at the venue.
On the day of the performance, items will be sold at the venue sales booth after the "Advance Purchase/At-venue Pickup" reception has ended, and only items that are in stock will be sold. If the number of items available is limited or if all items are sold out, there may be no sales on the day. Please note.
*When purchasing, please be sure to select a slot that allows you to pick up your ticket at the venue. Please check the advance purchase website for detailed pick-up times.
* Please note that if you miss the venue pickup time slot you applied for, delivery may be required at a later date for which a fee will be charged.
*The venue will have a limited number of seats available for collection on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, the number of items available for sale is limited.

<How to purchase in advance and pick up at the venue>
1. Add the desired product to your cart and select the time you would like to receive it on the order process screen.
To use the venue pickup and advance application service, please log in with your 'Plus member ID' or the email address linked to your 'Plus member ID'.
Customers who have not yet registered for a 'Plus member ID' should register before making a purchase.
Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.
●If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.
●If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is the "order date" plus "within one day."
If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system, so please place the order again.
If you place an order on the closing date, please be aware of the payment deadline.
②Pick up at the venue on the day of the performance
Please prepare the following two items and collect your items at the designated collection counter within the venue during the selected time.

●Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day of the performance, items will be sold from the stock of those who have purchased in advance and picked up at the venue, so they may be sold out or there may be a limited number of items available. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please be sure to select a time when you can receive the item. Please note that if the time frame for receiving the item at the venue you applied for has passed, delivery may be required at a later date for which a fee will be charged.
●Please note that products that have been pre-ordered for "venue pickup" cannot be picked up at the "venue sales" counter.
If you would like to purchase existing merchandise, please purchase it at the regular sales register. You can also use both "venue pickup" and "venue sales".
For additional purchases or to purchase existing products, please use "venue sales".
●A venue pickup fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged when using this service.
If you use convenience store payment, there will be a venue pick-up fee and a convenience store payment fee.
For orders under 30,000 yen: 275 yen (including tax) / For orders of 30,000 yen or more: 440 yen (including tax), which will be added to the 'service charge'.

Please collect your ordered items from the selected pickup slot.
Tickets cannot be picked up at any other time or for another performance.
●If you arrive close to the end of the reception period for the selected collection slot, or depending on the collection situation on the day, we may not be able to collect your item within the time limit. We ask for your understanding. We recommend that you arrive at the opening time of collection.
●Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's availability.
●If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to collect your package by the specified time, please contact the nearest staff member at the venue and follow their instructions and guidance.
●Please keep your order number handy when you make your purchase. We will ask you for your name and order number when you collect your order on the day.
●Pickup at the venue is limited to the person who placed the order.
●Please make sure to check that the items and quantities match when you receive them. We cannot address any discrepancies in the items once you have left the pickup area, so please be careful.
●Only customers who wish to purchase goods may line up at the pick-up counter. If you have companions, please meet them outside.
<<If you have purchased in advance/not received the product at the venue>>
If you are unable to collect your item within the selected pick-up slot, it will be delivered to the address you registered when placing your order at a later date.
●Product shipping date: Shipped sequentially within one month of the performance date

●Shipping: Shipping will be cash on delivery.

●We do not accept any cancellations after payment has been made.
If you place orders on both days and the items have not been received, they cannot be combined into a single shipment. Shipping fees and handling charges will apply to each order.
●If the shipping fee is revised, the revised fee will apply. Please note in advance.
<<Notes on products>>
Returns and exchanges for items other than defective products are not allowed. If there is a defect in the product, exchanges will only be handled on the same day at the venue, so please check the product after receiving it.
●If a defective product is to be exchanged, we will take it out of the bag and check it. Please note that we cannot check or exchange the product without taking it out of the bag.
