It has been decided that CDs will be sold on the day of the HARUKI rescheduled event for the release event "TRiiAL BUDDiiS" of the 1st Mini Album "UtopiiA", to be held on Saturday, October 5th at the Tower Records Tsudanuma store event space.

1st Mini Album「UtopiiA」

＜Regular Edition＞【CD ONLY】¥2,000 (excluding tax) / ¥2,200 (including tax)

*The product eligible for participation in the event will be sold as a set of three regular edition discs (¥6,600).

 

■How to participate

On the day of the event, at 13:00, you can purchase the regular version of the 1st Mini Album "UtopiiA" released on 9/18 at the cash register.

For every set (three regular discs) purchased, you will receive one ticket to participate in the writing session.

Please note that the number of tickets available for the writing session is limited.

 

*Each person may purchase up to 5 sets (15 regular edition discs).

*Please choose the section you wish to participate in at the sales counter.

The 'Endnote Meeting Participation Ticket' will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*This ticket cannot be used for special events on dates other than those specified on the ticket.
During the special benefits event, only those with special tickets—meaning those who plan to participate in the benefits session—are allowed to enter and stay in the event space. We kindly ask customers who have finished participating or those who do not plan to participate to leave promptly. Staff will be checking for special tickets at all times within the venue.

 

■Notes regarding the side-writing session

*The message-writing event is a special event where you can give a message (postcard) directly to the member of your choice. Please take this opportunity to write down your passionate thoughts and deliver them directly to the person in question!

*The only thing you can give to a member is a postcard, and you can only give one postcard per person. Please note that we cannot accept letters in envelopes.

*Customers who wish to attend the marginalia session will be given two postcards by staff at the sales booth when they pre-order the CD: a BUDDiiS logo ver. and a release event exclusive HONEY black ver. (1 group type) or a release event exclusive HONEY pattern costume ver. (1 group type) or a release event exclusive UtopiiA ver. (1 group type).

*You may use the design of the postcard with your message that we will give you when you make your reservation, or you may prepare one yourself, but the size must be within reasonable limits (a regular postcard size of 100 x 148 mm, and the thickness must not exceed 0.22 mm).

*Please bring your own pens etc. to write your message at the venue on the day. Please note that they will not be available at the venue.

*The event will be held with a desk between you and the members.

*If participants are elementary school students or older, one "Handwriting Session Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*You can participate without receiving the postcard.

 

 

■ About the event progress

・The event will end as soon as the line ends. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a winning invitation.

・Please be aware that staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.

・Please note that due to circumstances, you may be asked to wait at the venue beyond the designated meeting time.

- If it is discovered that you are recording, filming, or taking photographs during the event, or transmitting such data, or that you have brought equipment into the venue for such purposes, we will ask for your identification, delete all data that corresponds to the prohibited acts, confiscate all participation tickets, and deny you full participation in the event.

・Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please note that customers carrying such items may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

・Please note that we cannot directly deliver fan letters or presents. We also cannot hold them for you.

 

■Other notes

*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event participation tickets (special offer tickets, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect your event participation tickets (special offer tickets, etc.) and you will be prohibited from entering the event venue in the future.

Returns are not accepted for any reason other than defective products.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

*The special event will end as soon as the line ends after each session has started.

*Please note that the event content may be changed, postponed, or canceled due to weather or other reasons.

*It is expected to be hot, so whether you are indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by drinking plenty of water. If you feel unwell, please do not hesitate to ask a nearby staff member for help.

*Please note that depending on future circumstances, the event content may be changed, postponed, or canceled at short notice, and the participants may also change.

*All expenses, including transportation to the event venue and accommodation, will be borne by the winner. This will not change even if the event is canceled.

*In order to ensure the safety of attendees, the event content may be changed due to safety considerations depending on the congestion at the venue.

*The event may be canceled on the day due to weather, disasters, or other circumstances.

*Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Please refrain from slandering, libeling, threatening or abusive towards performers or staff, or shouting unnecessarily during the event.

*Please refrain from drinking alcohol or entering the venue or participating in the special event while under the influence of alcohol.

*If you require assistance such as a wheelchair user, please inform staff upon arrival. Staff cannot provide assistance, so please make sure to come with a caregiver.

*Strollers will not be allowed into the special event area. Please inform the venue staff before lining up.

*Please note that for safety reasons, pets and animals are not allowed inside the venue as some people may have allergies. Assistance dogs are allowed, so please inform staff when you arrive.

*Those who are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat and are concerned about their health will not be able to participate.

*Please refrain from participating if you have tested positive for COVID-19.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue as a result of failure to follow the instructions and precautions of staff.

*Please help us by taking your trash home with you.

 

If any behavior is observed that violates the above precautions, or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave.
