*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
*The use of recording equipment such as cameras and voice recorders is strictly prohibited.
*One seat reservation is required per person.
*Children aged 3 and above require a seat.
*The opening and performance times may change. We will provide updates on the official website, so please check the official website for more details.
*Bringing alcoholic beverages or entering the venue while drunk is prohibited. If staff determines you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Also, if you are found in the venue, you may be asked to leave immediately.
*Ticket transfer and resale are prohibited. If unauthorized ticket purchases or entry are discovered, or if other customers are found trying to resell tickets within the venue, you will be asked to leave immediately. If you see such behavior, please notify a nearby staff member or organizer.
*Please note that there may be cameras present on the day of the event for recording purposes. Customers may appear in the footage.
*We will not be able to accept gifts or flower stands at the venue.
* Fans larger than the official fan (length: approx. 420mm x width: approx. 295mm), as well as message boards and books of any size, cannot be brought in or used.
*The use of extremely dazzling, high-intensity flashing lights, ultra orange lights, modified glow sticks, or other light sources that are too bright and intensive will be prohibited as they will disturb other customers and interfere with their viewing.
*We may randomly ask you to verify your identity upon entry.
Please be sure to bring a form of identification (originals only, copies not accepted) when you come to the venue.
