[Apology and Notice] Notice regarding defective BUDDiiS Color Change Penlight ver.5

Thank you very much for your continued support of BUDDiiS.
We have been notified that the following defects have been confirmed in some of the "BUDDiiS Color Change Penlight ver.5" official "BUDDiiS vol.10 - COSMiiC -" merchandise, which went on sale on August 20, 2025, due to a defect on the part of the manufacturer.

We apologize for the inconvenience to customers who are planning to purchase the affected products, but please check that the penlight you received is in good condition, and if you find that your purchase is affected, please contact us by filling out the necessary information at the email address listed below.

 

[Defect ①]
Cases where the power button is facing the front and the internal emblem parts are facing in a different direction

<How to check>
The power button is on the front, so if the logo is printed in the order DS(ii)B when the light-emitting part is completely closed, it is considered defective.

<Response>
For customers whose product falls under any of the defective items, the manufacturer will send a new light-emitting unit by mail at a later date.

*This defect will not affect the live performance.
*Good parts will be delivered after BUDDiiS vol.10 - COSMiiC - performance, so please use the penlight you purchased on the day of the performance.
For this time only, we will exchange the product even if it has been used in a performance.

LED lighting issues, such as not having all 12 colors or only certain colors not emitting light

<How to check>
Check the polarity of the included battery, insert it into the socket, and turn the power on.
Please press the power button and check that the lights come on in the following order.
Yellow → Red → Blue → White → Orange → Green → Purple → Pink → Light Green → Light Blue → Light Pink → Violet

<Response>
At both the Yokohama and Osaka shows, you will be able to exchange your items at the Penlight Support Booth on-site.

*Please come early as this will affect the performance.

[Notes]
・If you fall under [Defective item ①], please use the penlight you have on hand on the day of the performance. For this occasion only, we will exchange the penlight even if you have used it.
・Customers who fall under [Defect ②] are asked to come to the Penlight Support Booth as soon as possible, as this will result in a defect in the performance.
・The penlight support booth can only be used by those who have a ticket for the corresponding performance on each day.
・The penlight support booth will only be available to those with LED issues.

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who were looking forward to the performance due to the defective product, and for the announcement being made so soon before the Yokohama performance.
