We would like to provide details about the free live event to be held on Saturday, October 26th, at Minna no Terrace on the 3rd floor of Ariake Garden in Tokyo.
Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.

Free Live & Benefit Event

Those who purchase either [Sakurashimeji "Asu wo" Official Booklet A] or [Sakurashimeji "Asu wo" Official Booklet B] at the venue on the day of the event will be eligible to participate in a special event after the free live performance.
The free live event is open for anyone to attend, but only in the designated areas specified by the venue. Attendance in areas other than the designated ones is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, there may be restrictions on attendance for the free live event depending on the situation.
For the free live event, a 'priority viewing area' will be established for closer viewing. A 'priority viewing area ticket (with a serial number)' is required to access this area.

[How to participate in the event]
On the day of the event, starting at 10:00 (scheduled), at the special sales booth in the event space, customers who purchase the following target products will receive, on a first-come, first-served basis, one 'Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket (with a number)' per person, and one 'Bonus Ticket' for each product purchased.

*The distribution of 'Priority Viewing Area Tickets' will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.*
*The 'priority viewing area entry tickets' and 'special benefit tickets' are limited in quantity. They will be available until they run out.
*Priority viewing area entry tickets and bonus tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.*
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.
During the special benefits event, only those with special tickets—meaning those who plan to participate in the benefits session—are allowed to enter and stay in the event space. We kindly ask that customers who have finished participating or do not plan to participate leave promptly. Staff will be checking for special tickets at all times within the venue.
Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, will not be allowed entry on the day. We kindly ask those who are feeling unwell to please refrain from forcing themselves to attend.

[About the priority viewing area]
Please gather at the designated meeting place indicated on the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket' on time.
Each "Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket" allows entry for one person, and we will guide you in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
*If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the back number.
The distribution of "Priority Viewing Area Entry Tickets" will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. You cannot reserve multiple tickets in advance for companions who arrive later.
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.
*When entering the priority viewing area, one 'priority viewing area entry ticket' is required for each person aged elementary school age and older.
Large luggage such as carry cases is prohibited in the priority viewing area. Please use public lockers before entering. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.


[About viewing the free live performance]
Climbing on ladders or platforms for viewing is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
As a general rule, video and photo recording during free live performances is prohibited; however, on the day of the event, recording is allowed for one designated song, and sharing on social media is also permitted.
*Video recording is only possible with customers' smartphones and camera-equipped mobile phones.*
When posting photos taken here on social media, please do so within the bounds of common sense to avoid inconveniencing other customers.
During the free live event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or camera towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff and other guests during times when photography is not allowed or during the special event. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to check the situation.
If suspicious behavior is confirmed, we may ask you about it and check the camera roll, recording lists, and, if necessary, folders containing hidden or password-protected files, as well as the status of the apps being used. Furthermore, if any fraudulent activity is discovered, all data related to participation in the event will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave.
In the event of a dispute between customers, we kindly ask that you resolve it among yourselves. The organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct the view, such as message boards, into the venue, as they may disturb other customers. If it is determined that you are engaging in behavior that inconveniences other customers, staff may issue a warning.

*If participants are elementary school age or older, one "bonus ticket" will be required per person.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

*At the start of the special event, if there are delays in forming a line, the event will be concluded as soon as the line breaks. We encourage your active participation.
We will strive to ensure smooth proceedings; however, depending on the circumstances on the day, we may have to interrupt or change some aspects of the special event.
*Please observe the event space from the location instructed by the staff. Moving around during the live performance is not allowed. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave. Additionally, depending on the situation, there is a possibility that the free live performance and special events may be canceled.
Depending on future circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled, postponed, or its content may change. In such cases, we will provide information on our website and other platforms until the day of the event.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.


[Notes]
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
Please cooperate in securing space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering near the event space, in the aisles, or inside the store is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
*Bringing carry cases and large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Customers with such items may be denied entry. Please refrain from leaving bags in walkways or at your feet, as this poses a significant danger. We recommend that you store large items in public lockers before arriving.*
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
Due to weather, disasters, or the artists' circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may change. In the event of cancellation, all transportation and accommodation costs will be the customer's responsibility.
*The event time may vary slightly.
Photography, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited outside of the designated shooting times.
Please refrain from taking photos, directly handing over letters, and giving food, drinks, or gifts during the event, including when members are entering or exiting the venue and during the special event.
The resale of event tickets (including benefit tickets), as well as exchanges, transfers, copying, and forgery between customers, is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will collect your event tickets (including benefit tickets), and you will be banned from entering this event venue, as well as any future events.
We kindly ask that you refrain from actions that may disrupt the event's production or surprise plans conceived by customers, as they may cause confusion.
*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.
*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
If complaints are received by the police or the venue, we may cancel the event.

*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Sitting down inside the facility and causing disturbances to business establishments are strictly prohibited.
Please do not stop in the stairways or corridors of the building. Additionally, please be careful not to disturb the shops and events inside.

If you do not comply with the above precautions, we may cancel the event.
