■About delivery and arriving products
・Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
-Shipping is not available outside of Japan.
- You can choose the delivery time, but you cannot specify the delivery date.
・After receiving the product, please open it promptly and check the contents and the delivery note. For returns or exchanges of defective products, please contact the forTUNE music customer service by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot respond after 7 days.
・We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products after receiving them or participating in an event. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
・Please note that if you do not contact forTUNE music in advance, we will not be able to provide returns or exchanges or support on the day of the event.
・Even if you change your membership information after applying, it will not be reflected in the delivery address for orders you have already placed. Also, deleting your membership registration will not cancel your order. If you wish to change your delivery address after applying due to moving, etc., you can do so yourself as long as it is before the product is prepared for shipping.
