■ First shipment recipients
Those who joined between September 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025

■ Shipping time
Those who join between September 2024 and January 2025 will receive their membership card from late February 2025 onwards.
We will notify you on our website when your order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding shipping status etc. before shipping.
*For those who renew after February 2025, we plan to ship the product within the month following the procedure.
*Shipping times are subject to change without notice.

■ Confirmation and change of registered information
Please check your registered information such as address and name on "MYPAGE" by Friday, January 31, 2025.
In particular, insufficient address information (such as missing house number or apartment room number) may result in your mail not being delivered, so if there are any errors or blank spaces, please make sure to change them as soon as possible.
*Please note that if you change your address after the registration confirmation/change period has ended, or if your shipment has been returned to the office due to incomplete information entry, the shipment will be resent at your own expense.

*If you move, be sure to submit a "change of address notification" to your post office, available at your post office.
*Please note that delivery will only be made to the registered address.
*Items will generally be delivered to your mailbox, but if they do not fit in your mailbox, they may be delivered directly to you.
*If you are not at home, a notice of absence will be left in your mailbox. Please contact the post office yourself to collect your shipment.
*If you are unable to collect your item, it will be returned to the secretariat, so please be sure to collect it within the specified period.
*We will not accept any re-delivery or exchange for any damage or loss caused by the customer, or for any items that have been used. Please handle with care.
