[How to participate in the event]
A serial code will be given to customers who pre-order the product at the designated online shop.
Please access the special page, enter the number of serial codes corresponding to the special event you wish to attend, and apply.
Additionally, customers who reserve products at participating online shops using the cart that is eligible for the event application serial code will receive a random member trading card for the number of items reserved.

Application process:
① Select the event you wish to attend and apply. After your application is confirmed, please check your application history on your application confirmation page.
② On the specified date, please check your application history on your application confirmation page. When the application results are announced, the application page will state that the results have been announced.
Please be sure to check the desired content and quantity on the "Lottery Application Form."

Purchase applications for the purpose of resale and transfer to third parties other than the winner are strictly prohibited.

If you change your email address after applying, please immediately change your registration information by going to "My Page" on the registration site and changing your email address. If you do, you may not receive the information email and may not be able to participate in the event.
Once you have applied, you cannot change, cancel, or refuse to receive the product. Even if you change your membership information after applying, it will not be reflected in the delivery address for products you have already ordered. Also, deleting your membership registration will not cancel your order.
We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the content of the "Lottery Results Notification" or the lottery method.

[Notes regarding the autograph session with all members]
*SHOOT will not be autographed, but will have an event-exclusive stamp stamped on it.
*Photography is permitted during the event except when you are getting an autograph.
*Seats are assigned, so please sit in the assigned seat. After receiving your autograph, you will be able to watch the autograph session from your seat.
*Due to venue conditions, it may be difficult to see the artists depending on your seat.
*Moving or exchanging seats is prohibited. If you are found moving or exchanging seats, you will be asked to leave immediately.
*Special items for addressing and signing, pens, etc. will be provided on the day.
*We will not accept requests to include text, drawings, etc. other than signatures.
*Signing on anything other than the specified items is not permitted. If you receive a signature on anything other than the specified items, staff will collect it on site.
*Body contact with members (touching the face or body, shaking hands, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
*Depending on the situation, we may place protective sheets between you and the members. We may also ask you to wear a mask.
*If you are selected but are unable to come to the venue, we will not be able to send the autographed item at a later date or arrange a transfer, regardless of the circumstances.
*If you join late, you may be refused entry as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.
<Regarding photography and bringing cameras>
During the autograph session, photography is permitted only while seated in your seat. Photography with one smartphone, tripod, or gimbal is permitted only at your seat. Photography with digital cameras, SLR cameras, video cameras, instant cameras, or other devices other than smartphones, or photography with multiple smartphones, is prohibited. Additionally, bringing in any photography or recording equipment, or taking photographs or recordings while you are participating in the autograph session, is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to leave immediately and appropriate action will be taken.
*It is prohibited to bring in large equipment that exceeds the area of your seat, such as large filming and recording equipment.
*The height of the equipment will be limited to eye level when seated. Please be considerate of passengers sitting behind you.
*The use of external microphones, lighting equipment, and other equipment is prohibited. Please cooperate by not causing inconvenience to other customers.
*Photography using flash or light is not permitted.
*If you are found broadcasting live or streaming live, including on social media, at the signing venue, you will be asked to leave immediately.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any equipment malfunction, loss, or theft during the autograph session. Please keep your valuables and equipment in your own care.
*If you use photography equipment or take photos in a way that interferes with the viewing or photography of other customers, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of staff.
*Please note that we cannot be involved in any disputes between customers arising from other customers appearing in the footage.
*Sale and secondary use of the photographed materials is prohibited. If discovered, you will be given a stern warning and will be barred from participating in future events.
*If you do not follow the rules above, you will be asked to leave the venue and will not be able to participate in any other events on the day. Please note that any autographs or other items that have been given to you will also be confiscated.
[Notes regarding individual member writing sessions]
*Only postcards can be handed over, and each person is limited to one postcard per participation. Please note that we cannot accept letters in envelopes.
*You may use the postcard design provided to you at the time of reservation, or you may prepare your own, but the size must be the same as a regular postcard (100 x 148 mm) and the thickness must be up to 0.22 mm.
*Please note that if you wish to write your message at the venue on the day, there will be no desks or pens available at the venue. We recommend that you prepare these in advance.
*If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
*If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again, and if you would like to receive postcards, please prepare the necessary number of postcards.
[General notes regarding the event]
*Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate any of the special events due to the health of the members on the day. Please note that the special events are held solely to show our appreciation to those who have purchased our products, and as a general rule, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.
*Please note that if the event continues for a long period of time, it may end prematurely.
*If there is a delay in lining up at the start of the special event and time passes, the special event will end as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.
*We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.
*Please note that we will refuse entry to customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or customers with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.
*If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
*Please note that depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event, so please understand in advance.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please note that customers who are carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement at the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
*The event time may vary slightly.
*Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.
*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event participation rights is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, the participation rights will be revoked and you will be banned from entering the event and the event venue in the future.
*Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer. In addition, even if the event is canceled or postponed, transportation and accommodation costs will not be compensated.
*Please refrain from any actions that disrupt the event or any surprise plans that you have devised, as this may cause confusion.
*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.

*Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is prohibited.
