We would like to provide details about the free live concert to be held on Saturday, August 30th at The Mall Sendai Nagamachi Main Building, 2F Ikoi Square in Miyagi Prefecture.

Free Live & Benefit Event

A special event will be held after the free live performance for those who reserve or purchase the designated products at the venue on the day.
The free live event is open for anyone to attend, but only in the designated areas specified by the venue. Attendance in areas other than the designated ones is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, there may be restrictions on attendance for the free live event depending on the situation.
For the free live event, a 'priority viewing area' will be established for closer viewing. A 'priority viewing area ticket (with a serial number)' is required to access this area.

[How to participate in the event]
On the day of the event, from 10:00 (scheduled) at the special sales booth in the event space (*The Mall Sendai Nagamachi, Main Building 2F, next to Ikoi Hiroba), customers who reserve or purchase the following eligible products will be given one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" per person, and one "Bonus Ticket" per eligible product, on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Staff will guide you to the queue area at Ikoi Square on the 2nd floor of The Mall Sendai Nagamachi before the store opens at 9:00. CD reservations will begin at 10:00.
* After Seiyu opens on the 2nd floor of the main building at 9:00, please line up at the Ikoi Square on the 2nd floor of The Mall Sendai Nagamachi.

*Only one "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" will be given per person per transaction, regardless of the number purchased.
*The 'priority viewing area entry tickets' and 'special benefit tickets' are limited in quantity. They will be available until they run out.
*Priority viewing area entry tickets and bonus tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.*
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.
During the special benefits event, only those with special tickets—meaning those who plan to participate in the benefits session—are allowed to enter and stay in the event space. We kindly ask that customers who have finished participating or do not plan to participate leave promptly. Staff will be checking for special tickets at all times within the venue.


[About reservations]
*Reservation registration and reception is only valid at the venue on the day of the event.
*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
*To register your reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address.
*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.
*When registering for a reservation, please read the QR code posted at the event venue with your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models). Press the "Create a blank email" button on the displayed screen, check the sender's address, and then send the blank email.
*When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
*Please select the item you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.
*You can choose to pick up your pre-ordered items at Tower Records Sendai Parco store or have them delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
*If you wish to have your order delivered, you will need to pay the shipping fee for each transaction. Please note that we cannot combine shipping fees after payment, even if the delivery address is the same.
* Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.
*After confirming the reservation details, we will hand over the bonus items according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the items cannot be accepted after payment has been confirmed.
*After paying for your reserved item, you will receive an email "[※Do not discard] Payment complete/Instructions on how to receive your item" and your reservation will be completed at this point. Please keep this email in a safe place as it will be required when you collect your item at the store or when you inquire about shipping. If for any reason you do not receive the email "[※Do not discard] Payment complete/Instructions on how to receive your item", please be sure to ask a member of staff.

[About receiving your product]
*Items can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, October 21, 2025 onwards.
*The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date, until Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
*After the reservation period ends, the product cannot be handed over. Please note that we cannot refund the payment in that case.*
*When receiving your product, please open the URL for your order information in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
*If you have requested delivery, we will deliver your order from the estimated shipping date stated in the order information in the "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive your order" email.
*If you are unable to receive the product by the specified date due to reasons such as being away for a long period of time, an unknown address, or being unable to contact you to receive the product, we will be unable to hand over the product after the specified date. [About the priority viewing area]
Please gather at the designated meeting place indicated on the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket' on time.
Each "Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket" allows entry for one person, and we will guide you in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
*If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the back number.
The distribution of "Priority Viewing Area Entry Tickets" will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. You cannot reserve multiple tickets in advance for companions who arrive later.
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.
*When entering the priority viewing area, one 'priority viewing area entry ticket' is required for each person aged elementary school age and older.
Large luggage such as carry cases is prohibited in the priority viewing area. Please use public lockers before entering. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.


[About viewing the free live performance]
Climbing on ladders or platforms for viewing is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
As a general rule, video and photo recording during free live performances is prohibited; however, on the day of the event, recording is allowed for one designated song, and sharing on social media is also permitted.
*Video recording is only possible with customers' smartphones and camera-equipped mobile phones.*
When posting photos taken here on social media, please do so within the bounds of common sense to avoid inconveniencing other customers.
*During the free live performance, outside of photography times, and during the special event, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If you do anything suspicious, the staff will speak to you and confirm the details.
If suspicious behavior is confirmed, we may ask you to cooperate and check your camera roll, recording lists, and, if necessary, folders containing hidden or password-protected files, as well as the status of the apps being used. Furthermore, if any fraudulent activity is discovered, all data related to your participation in the event will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave.
In the event of a dispute between customers, we kindly ask that you resolve it among yourselves. The organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct the view, such as message boards, into the venue, as they may disturb other customers. If it is determined that you are engaging in behavior that inconveniences other customers, staff may issue a warning.

*If the event lasts for a long time, it may end partway through.

*At the start of the special event, if there are delays in forming a line, the event will be concluded as soon as the line breaks. We encourage your active participation.

*Please observe the event space from the location instructed by the staff. Moving around during the live performance is not allowed. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave. Additionally, depending on the situation, there is a possibility that the free live performance and special events may be canceled.
Depending on future circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled, postponed, or its content may change. In such cases, we will provide information on our website and other platforms until the day of the event.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.
Wearing a mask is left to individual judgment.
Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, will not be allowed entry. We kindly ask those who are feeling unwell to please refrain from forcing themselves.


[Notes]
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
Please cooperate in securing space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering near the event space, in the aisles, or inside the store is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers carrying such items may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path leading to the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
Due to weather, disasters, or the artists' circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may change. In the event of cancellation, all transportation and accommodation costs will be the customer's responsibility.
*The event time may vary slightly.
Photography, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited outside of the designated shooting times.
Please refrain from taking photos, directly handing over letters, and giving food, drinks, or gifts during the event, including when members are entering or exiting the venue and during the special event.
The resale of event tickets (including benefit tickets), as well as exchanges, transfers, copying, and forgery between customers, is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will collect your event tickets (including benefit tickets), and you will be banned from entering this event venue, as well as any future events.
We kindly ask that you refrain from actions that may disrupt the event's production or surprise plans conceived by customers, as they may cause confusion.
*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.
*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
If complaints are received by the police or the venue, we may cancel the event.

*Sitting down inside the facility and causing disturbances to business establishments are strictly prohibited.
Please do not stop in the stairways or corridors of the building. Additionally, please be careful not to disturb the shops and events inside.

If you do not comply with the above precautions, we may cancel the event.
