We would like to inform you of details about the free live concert to be held at Omiya Arche in Saitama Prefecture on Monday, November 3rd (national holiday).
Please be sure to read the entire thing to the end, and we ask that all fans strictly adhere to the rules and manners so that everyone at the venue can enjoy the event.

[Event Details]
Free Live

The free live event is open for anyone to attend, but only in the designated areas specified by the venue. Attendance in areas other than the designated ones is not permitted. Due to limited space at the venue, there may be restrictions on attendance for the free live event depending on the situation.
For the free live event, a 'priority viewing area' will be established for closer viewing. A 'priority viewing area ticket (with a serial number)' is required to access this area.

[How to participate in the event]
On the day of the event, from 12:00 (scheduled) onwards, customers who reserve or purchase the following products will be given one "priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)" on a first-come, first-served basis at the special sales booth on the event stage.

*Only one "Priority Viewing Area Ticket" will be given per person per transaction, regardless of the number purchased.
*The number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited. They will end when they are gone.
*Priority viewing area admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.


[About purchasing products]
Numbered tickets will be distributed on the second floor deck of Arche from 9:00.
If you wish to purchase, please follow the staff's instructions and wait in line.
Lineups are prohibited anywhere other than the 2nd floor deck of Arche.
*After 10:00, numbered tickets will be distributed at the HMV Omiya Arche store.
*Numbered tickets are limited in number and will be sold out once they are gone.

<Payment Methods>
・Payment must be made in cash. Receipts cannot be issued.
・Credit cards, various electronic money, point cards, cash coupons, etc. cannot be used. Also, they are not eligible for various store campaigns.
・Shopping bags (plastic bags) will not be provided or sold at the venue. Please bring your own eco-bag or purchase a shopping bag at the store's cash register.

[About the priority viewing area]
Please gather at the designated meeting place indicated on the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket' on time.
Each "Priority Viewing Area Entry Ticket" allows entry for one person, and we will guide you in the order of the number printed on the ticket.
*If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the back number.
The distribution of "Priority Viewing Area Entry Tickets" will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. You cannot reserve multiple tickets in advance for companions who arrive later.
The ticket numbers for the 'Priority Viewing Area Admission Pass' will be given out randomly, not in the order of purchase.
*When entering the priority viewing area, one 'priority viewing area entry ticket' is required for each person aged elementary school age and older.
Large luggage such as carry cases is prohibited in the priority viewing area. Please use public lockers before entering. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.


[About viewing the free live performance]
Climbing on ladders or platforms for viewing is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
As a general rule, video and photo recording during free live performances is prohibited; however, on the day of the event, recording is allowed for one designated song, and sharing on social media is also permitted.
*Video recording is only possible with customers' smartphones and camera-equipped mobile phones.*
When posting photos taken here on social media, please do so within the bounds of common sense to avoid inconveniencing other customers.
*During the free live performance, except during the designated photo-taking times, please be careful not to point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, the management staff, or other customers. If anything suspicious appears, the staff will approach you and ask for confirmation.
*If we notice any suspicious activity, we will contact you and check your camera roll, recording list, and in some cases, the status of the apps you are using, including folders containing hidden or password-protected recording files. If any fraudulent activity is discovered, we will delete all data you used during the event and ask you to leave.
In the event of a dispute between customers, we kindly ask that you resolve it among yourselves. The organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Excessive jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct the view, such as message boards, into the venue, as they may disturb other customers. If it is determined that you are engaging in behavior that inconveniences other customers, staff may issue a warning.


[General notes regarding the event]
If you feel unwell during the event, please notify a nearby staff member immediately.
*Viewing the exhibition from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited in any area of the venue.
*Please watch from the location instructed by staff within the event space. You cannot move during the live performance. If you are not able to wear the amulet, you will be asked to leave. Also, depending on the situation, the free live performance may be ended.
Depending on future circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled, postponed, or its content may change. In such cases, we will provide information on our website and other platforms until the day of the event.
*Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue.
Wearing a mask is left to individual judgment.
Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, will not be allowed entry. We kindly ask those who are feeling unwell to please refrain from forcing themselves.


[Notes]
*Please note that there are other tenants in the building, so please be considerate when making calls.
*Any actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early in the morning to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.
Please cooperate in securing space for passage. Additionally, waiting, sitting, or lingering near the event space, in the aisles, or inside the store is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to move.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
*Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers carrying such items may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path leading to the event venue or in the hallways, or placing luggage at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
*Transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
Due to weather, disasters, or the artists' circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may change. In the event of cancellation, all transportation and accommodation costs will be the customer's responsibility.
*The event time may vary slightly.
Photography, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited outside of the designated shooting times.
*Please refrain from taking photos of members entering or leaving the venue, handing them letters directly, or giving them food, drinks, or gifts.
*Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event tickets is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, your event ticket will be confiscated and you will be prohibited from attending that event and any future events at the event venue.
We kindly ask that you refrain from actions that may disrupt the event's production or surprise plans conceived by customers, as they may cause confusion.
*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to view the event.
*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.
*If complaints are received from the police or venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.*
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Sitting down inside the facility and causing disturbances to business establishments are strictly prohibited.
Please do not stop in the stairways or corridors of the building. Additionally, please be careful not to disturb the shops and events inside.

If you do not comply with the above precautions, we may cancel the event.
