In conjunction with the delivery of the items, customers who joined or renewed their membership during the applicable period are asked to check the information they have registered on "MYPAGE."
■ Eligible recipients
・Customers who enrolled (=made a payment) between Monday, December 1st, 2025 and Wednesday, December 31st, 2025
・Customers who have continued their membership (i.e. made payments) between Monday, December 1st, 2025 and Wednesday, December 31st, 2025
*Customers who join or renew their membership after Thursday, January 1, 2026 will have their membership shipped separately.

Please confirm your address, name (in katakana), etc. by Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
*Please note that any items returned to the office due to address changes or incomplete input after the registration confirmation/change period will be resent at your expense.

If you are eligible to receive the shipment, please check your address, name (in hiragana), etc. by going to "MY PAGE" → "Edit Registration Information."
In particular, insufficient address information (such as missing street numbers or apartment room numbers) can cause delivery issues, so if you have any errors or omissions, please be sure to make changes as soon as possible.
In addition, if the name on your home nameplate is different from the name on the recipient's address, the package will be returned due to a "wrong nameplate" reason. If this applies to you, please register "○○ (name on the nameplate)" at the end of your address.
If the reward has not arrived, we will only arrange for it to be resent once we have confirmed that it has been returned to the secretariat.

Your name will be printed on your membership card based on the furigana information you have registered on "MYPAGE."

You may still use your membership card even if it has been printed incorrectly; however, please note that if you wish to have it reissued, you will be responsible for the reissue fee.

*We will deliver the item by "Yu-Mail". It will generally be delivered to your mailbox, but if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be delivered directly to you.
If you are not at home, a "notification of absence" will be placed in your mailbox, so please contact the post office yourself to receive your package.
If you are unable to receive the shipment, it will be returned to the office, so please make sure to accept it within the designated period.
